I arrived a little late for my appointment. Was greeted immediately by Kevin, then Dannielle, then Grant. Offered coffee....so nice. Caring and professional. Mike Sullivan arrived a little later, he too greeted. I admired a shopping type bag and, yes, as you should have guessed he gave me one!! And i know Danielle would have offered me the bag too!! Not only did they put the new tire i purchased on, but they replaced front brake pads. What a great team. Thank you.
I drive a 2007 Mini S Convertible with 292000. miles on the odometer, Mini of Monmouth keeps me on the road when I have issues. I commute 190 miles a day round trip to my work which computes to 3.5 hours sitting in the drivers seat. My Countrymen's battery died and Kevin said they can take care of it next day. I said that I had a ride today and he immediately said to come in "today". Danielle and Kevin are the best service managers I encountered and the whole experience is a pleasant one. Now if you'd just be able to charge less for a new battery, that would be really great! Called for a Saturday service appointment since I live out of state. I prefer dealing with Mini of Monmouth since I feel they have my best interest at heart. Danielle and Kevin service my request in a timely fashion. If I need a loaner car, and I do, they provide one when service is being performed. It's a great experience dealing with Mini of Monmouth. I called to speak to Danielle because the service indicator came on. iI also had a dashboard symbol come on, indicating that I had an exterior bulb out. Danielle got me in the next AM for both! done in about one hour!! thanks Danielle>
Always the best service. Even though my car is old, they treat me as they would a new car buyer. It is as much the service and people as the car why my next car will also be a Mini.
Michelle was professional and accommodating !! I came in to set an appointment and she got me right then and had my car finished the next day.
