It's always a pleasure going into Mini of Monmouth for servicing. Danielle is very personable. She lets you know if anything else needs to be done with your mini, other than what you originally came in for. One time I needed a new tire and she found a coupon that I was able to use, which save me quite few dollars. After they are done servicing your mini, They wash and vacuum it for you. We all know buying a car can be frustrating. When I came here I was made to feel not like I was dealing with a shark looking business, but an actual human. Whitney was very helpful, honest, and patient. We took 3 test drives that first day and she explained everything clearly and courteously. I only ever go here to service my MINI Countryman (also where I purchased it!). Service is efficient and reliable. Staff are the BEST and friendliest: from Michael (who sold me my car), Kevin and Danielle who help with getting my car serviced in the most timely, efficient and fair priced manner; I must also commend the entire service team who keep my car in topnotch shape and looking great every time I leave! I would like to say thank you to Michael Sullivan. He was very professional and spent a lot of time with our daughter. We had gone to a few dealerships.
