My car was in for service and a check for a recall ... the outcome of the recall was that I needed a new engine ... the entire process was very well managed and easy for me ... I was kept informed and the work was completed in a timely fashion ... my experience with service at Mini has always been great ....

Routine maintenance on my two year old Mini Countryman conducted with one day notice, on time, with great amenities. New-ish car so no mechanical matters to report, but the waiting area offered WiFi, Starbucks coffee and computer tables. They even agreed to print something off for me. Super service!

danielle and service department were amazing. The best service ever. Every time My car goes in for service it is a pleasurable experience and danielle and kevin make me feel like i'm part of the family.

Kevin got me in and out quickly. All the service was performed to perfection. They even give you a complementary car wash. Nice touch. He went out of his way to help me with an issue obtaining touch up paint, and he solved it. Thank you!

Would trust them with the service of my mini. They are friendly and calls to let us know of updates. Car was washed and was ready for pick up.

Kevin and Danielle and the service team are the heart and soul of Mini of Monmouth. Honest, ,knowledgeable and trustworthy. I can count on them any time there is an issue with my mini convertible.

I dropped my MINI Cooper Countryman off expecting a huge repair expense and to my pleasant surprise, it was not only done early the next day, but it cost very little AND they cleaned my car inside and out! Thank you for such a great experience! I'll be back for sure! Happy customer right here!

I live in Manhattan, work in Queens and it's important to note I purchased my car from another Mini Dealership in Northern NJ. That said, I've attempted several times to have any service or questions resolved by the dealership of purchase and the one in Manhattan. The "scheduler" and service reps at the NJ dealership have very poor service skills, not pleasant, skilled, nor professional to say the least. I noticed my low pressure gauge was signaling that my left rear tire was low on pressure. Immediately swung over to MINI of Monmouth who is my new dealership. Danielle took care of me in a knowledgeable and concerned manner. Also chatted with some terrific sales people, especially Matthew who answered all my questions while I waited for my car. Checked my insurance for tire protection and an hour later, THREE new tires and a happy me. :)
