I have had my mini for 2 years and I couldn't be happier! The staff at Mini of Monmouth is beyond kind and friendly. I have always had excellent experiences with the sales staff and the service staff. Every minor issue I've had has been traken care of in a prompt and friendly manor. This is one efficient place. Bought my mini in 2013 with the able assistance of Michael Sullivan, who was friendly, honest and sincere, followed up without being annoying, was unfailingly polite. Now I've transitioned over to the Service Dept., where Kevin Fitzgerald and the Service staff has made convenient appointments, done the work so quickly I was amazed, and returned the car washed, vacuumed and running smooth. These guys are pros, and nice people , too.
Second time here for service. IF POSSIBLE EVEN BETTER THIS TIME.5 MONTHS BACK KEVIN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB GETTING ME IN & OUT FOR SERVICE.Rotated tires & plugged a leak in one tire ..Today Danielle got me in early , listened to my questions & concerns & made me feel like I was the only customer there. My wife and I stopped into Mini of Monmouth back in May of this year, just to look around. We entered the showroom and I was truly impressed. I struck up a conversation with a Mini Motoring Advisor, Whitney Hessert. My wife and I could tell right away that she was very knowledgeable, and cared about our "Mini experience."
