Best Car Buying experience so far. Enjoying the Mini-Motoring Lifestyle now! As a musician I have lots of gear to haul around - the dealer let me bring some of my gear in to see if it fit in the car I liked. All of it fit and I was excited to get going. From our initial visit to driving out in my paceman, what a great experience ! Matt was so nice. He made us feel welcome and showed us a variety of mini's that could fit our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to the needs of the client. The whole process from test drives to paperwork was a very pleasant experience. I called today and spoke to Danielle (Service Dept.) to schedule a routine service and was incredibly pleased with my experience at Mini of Monmouth. Danielle got me in same day, had my car completed in less than the projected time, and was beyond accommodating. Danielle is always professional, welcoming and is an asset to Mini of Monmouth.
My old 1996 Accord was ready for retirement and I was pretty set on a Mini as the next second car. I found a hardtop that was pretty much what I was looking for and Whitney and Kyle made the buying experience really pleasant. I'm glad I made the long trip down to Oakhurst!
We had a situation that could have been bad for my wife and I ,but at MOM we found three employees who were patient, gave freely of their time and possessed listen skills often missing in the service industry. Because of their efforts we will continue to be patrons of MOM.
We've always wanted a MINI and our car and Mini of Monmouth both exceeded our expectations. The car is awesome and the sales and service team at MoM are the best we have ever dealt with in 35 years of purchasing/leasing cars! I would recommend the car and MoM to anyone!
The car drives like a dream and it is great on fuel. I enjoyed the help with locating a vehicle that worked for me and was adequate for daily usage.
Showed up this morning without an appointment with a slow leak in my tire. Danielle took care of everything immediately. I have the tire and wheel package, so no cost was incurred, but the tire was replaced and they were rotated! Smart to put the new tire on the front for wear purposes! They also did a service check that was called for by the computer. The lounge has the most comfortable chairs and coffee and bagels were available.The car was returned freshly washed and vacuumed in record time!
