Mintahoe's food is amazing for catering. Even though I wish we could have tried more things that they offer at the food tasting, we were so happy with the food we chose. The appetizers were delicious and I cannot say enough about the spare ribs. My friends went up for seconds for those because they were that good. Some people said it was the best wedding food that they've ever had. Even though our venue didn't allow us to choose a different caterer, we wouldn't do anything different. Everything was great!

Mintahoe catering was awesome! Not only was the food amazing, but the staff was as well. Sydney was our contact at Mintahoe. She really took the time to help us plan out our day. She was very thorough and extremely kind. I would highly recommend Mintahoe catering!

We used Mintahoe as our wedding catering service and for event management. We worked with Elsie and she is phenomenal. She is very responsive and professional. The group was really accommodating for some non-traditional requests like a plate of sugar cookies at each table. They did an awesome job working with my vision and I truly appreciate that.

Mintahoe was one of the 3 catering companies we had to choose from for our venue. Since we had our reception in the Mall of America, we ordered food from an MoA tenant, but hired Mintahoe for bar service & late night snack. They did an awesome job! We had such a blast and our bartender, Caleb, was super friendly & professional. He was very personable & everyone had a good time! Steve was our point of contact and he did a great job to answer all of my questions & ensure we had a smooth event - would hire them again!

Mintahoe did an excellent job in communication, clarity, and performance! The organizing staff were friendly and approachable, and the dining staff, day of, were excellent and so kind. They were very efficient at making sure food came out on time and in a timely manner, and were friendly the whole time. If you are having a wedding and looking for a catering service I cannot encourage using Mintahoe enough!

We used Mintahoe for our wedding at Leopold's Mississippi Gardens and they were so easy and straightforward to work with. The representative that I worked with, Elsie, was great and she was very attentive to detail and made sure to answer and address all my questions and concerns. They were very flexible and great at handling all the dietary restrictions our guests had. The food on the day of was great, lots of flavor - unlike a lot of typical "wedding food".

Mintahoe made things so straightforward and easy. The meal prices seem high at first but, unlike most caterers, almost everything is built in to the price per plate. The prices were extremely competitive. I adored how accommodating they were with gluten free options and more obscure allergies--and they gave everyone actual meals. So many caterers give plain, unseasoned chicken and steamed veggies as allergy meals, but these were real, delicious meals. The food was really terrific!
