We had to use Mintahoe for our catering with our wedding at A’bulae and we are so glad! We worked with Carrie throughout the whole planning process and she was EXTREMELY accommodating and did everything she could to make our dreams come true. She made sure everything was complete and we were ready to go for our day. We really felt ready and besides normal nerves, we weren’t worried about anything! The food was great and the staff was so amazing the day of the wedding! Our day went perfectly and can’t thank Mintahoe enough!!
We worked with Mintahoe and Cyndi for our wedding at Nicollet Island Pavilion. Cyndi and team were professional and helped us throughout the entire planning process! The venue is gorgeous and perfect to keep guests entertained from outside, tent and indoor spaces. Everything went smoothly on our big day!
The food was delicious and got great reviews from all the guests we asked. The cake was especially tasty! However, they were very unclear about their menu and prices. Just a heads up: the tasting you do will be for things you can upgrade to, not things that are shown on the initial menu when you first work with them. Working with Sydney at Mintahoe was a pleasure! They made sure my wedding went smoothly even when it was interrupted by COVID. My wedding date was scheduled a few days after the mandate when all businesses were closed; however, Mintahoe kept our contract and plans in place for the following year. We had a WONDERFUL experience with Mintahoe! The planning was so easy, and the communication was excellent... even during the pandemic where things were constantly changing and there were a ton of weddings happening in 2021. And last but not least, the food turned out DELICIOUS! 10/10 would recommend Mintahoe.
We had such a great experience working with Elsie planning our event, and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We planned our wedding over the course of 2 years, and in that time probably exchanged almost 100 emails. Elsie was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions, and we are so appreciative of all the hard work she put into our event. We highly recommend working with Mintahoe.

Elsie at Mintahoe (Leopold's Mississippi Gardens) was so easy and helpful to work with planning our November 2021 wedding! We worked with Sydney Young and Mintahoe Catering at the Inwood Oaks event center for our wedding reception. The food was absolutely amazing and the prices were reasonable for the quality of food/drinks for an event of that size. Sydney was fantastic to work with!
