Absolutely wonderful service and food. Planning a wedding during the height of Covid has been awful, but they helped us get through everything. The food was great and the tasting was great. Awesome staff and planning committee.

Overall our experience with Mintahoe for our wedding was very positive. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire planning process, quickly answering any questions we had and keeping us on track. Guests loved the food and were impressed by the great service. We would certainly recommend them to others!

Gabriella at Mintahoe/Nicollet Island Pavillion was simply put, AMAZING. We actually booked the venue with a different coordinator but it was a blessing in disguise when she left and Gabby came into our lives. She fixed mistakes that the previous coordinator had made and worked with us to get to the pricepoint we felt comfortable at, without sacrificing special elements of the day. We had our wedding at Nicollet Island Pavillion and it was a total blast. Gabriella and Emily (Mintahoe staff) are incredible to work with. They are super helpful, flexible, and just lovely people. The venue was beautiful, food was good, and it's right on the Mississippi river with a view of downtown. I highly recommend this venue!

Mintahoe’s tasting was a ton of fun and the food was great! It’s tough making large quantities of food without the meat being dry, veggies soggy and everything still hot! Mintahoe catering did a wonderful job in making sure all three of these things did not happen. I can’t imagine being married anywhere other than Leopold’s. My husband and I definitely recommend, Mintahoe Catering & Events! Our coordinator Erin was amazing to work with! She was extremely responsive from start to finish and made us feel completely at ease on our big day. Every staff member was exceptional! We even had some of our wedding guest compliment on the great service.

My nonprofit organization worked with Mintahoe Catering for our recent annual big event. It was a great pleasure working with their staff and our guests had a wonderful time and loved the food.
