We used Mintahoe for our wedding at the Nicollet Island Pavilion. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our guests were comfortable. They even provided an extra plate full of mashed potatoes for a guest that had a unique pregnancy craving.

We used Mintahoe for our wedding at Pinewood. The staff and food was incredible. We chose this catering from attending a previous wedding. We enjoyed it so much we wanted to use them for our own. Elsie helped us along the way making our day wonderfully perfect. Thank you to all the staff involved making our day perfect!

The food was good and we were able to customize our menu to include fun things like max and cheese bites and mini pizza bagels! The only hiccup was some of the servers didn’t know what they were serving and told some of our guests that the wasabi on top of the ahi tuna cones was guacamole and it definitely was not 😬 but the bartender we had was AMAZING! He was the greatest and I had lots of guests after the wedding tell me how great he was!

With this crazy year COVID has given us a lot of differences and struggles we have had to face. We had to separate our wedding date into two parts and have our reception later. Mintahoe stayed with us through it all with great communication, amazing follow through and on the day blew us away with how much they did for us. The food is amazing, the service is great and how they do it with such class! :)

We cannot recommend mintahoe enough!! We had the absolute best experience planning catering for our wedding through them. Emily is by far the absolute best!! She was VERY quick to respond to my questions almost every single day. She made every aspect of our day completely stress free!! VERY well done!! We still are getting comments on how amazing our food was!! Thank you mintahoe and thank you Emily. I will never forget how great it all was!!

I was very impressed with Mintahoe and highly recommend them! Erin did such an amazing job doubling as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding on August 15th at Leopold's Mississippi Gardens - it turned out even better than I imagined! Mintahoe made planning the catering for our wedding reception very stress-free and efficient despite a series of major changes as we had to completely overhaul our initial event plans following the COVID-19 outbreak. The food was amazing, staff super friendly and our planner Erin was always quick to respond and provide us with updated quotes through all of the changes. Erin made our day so special and magical by pulling it all together for us. We would highly recommend Mintahoe as a caterer!

I'm going to start this review with the positives. First, the food was fantastic, and the portions were very generous. All of our guests raved about the food and no one left hungry. Second, Emily is amazing to work with, and I wish we would have gotten her as our representative from the start because she was very accommodating, easy to work with, responsive, and transparent. If we had worked with her from the start I think a lot of the issues we had would have been avoided. The main negative/my biggest complaint is the cost.... read more
