Today, Mintahoe Catering & Events is the largest family-owned and family-operated catering company in Minnesota. With four bustling catering divisions and nine signature venues, we understand that every event and every client is unique. I would highly recommend using Mintahoe for catering any wedding or event! We worked with Denise for our June 2016 wedding and had such a positive experience. Mintahoe was great! Denise was very helpful and always knew the answer to any question we asked!! Great food!! A lot of the guest came up to us at the reception and comment how great that food was and that it wasn't just "typical dull wedding food" The chicken was moist and juicy and the beef was tender. Perfect meal for the day!! Definitely would recommend them!!! :)
We worked with Erin to have drinks for our early afternoon wedding and it was so easy. We only wanted wine and they were able to give us a refund for all of the unopened bottles that were left after the event. I believe that everyone was able to slake their thirst in a joyful way.
Would recommend them to anyone! Accommodating to every request and always helpful! Everything they did for us at our wedding was amazing!
Everything about Mintahoe was amazing. Krista, our Sales Consultant, acted so much more like a wedding planner than our caterer. She was unbelievably responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The food was so incredibly good (still getting compliments weeks later from our guests) and although feeding hundreds of people can be expensive, Krista was so great at helping us be smart with our budget instead of trying to nickle and dime each request. My husband and I recently had our wedding at Leopold's Mississippi Gardens and were extremely happy with Mintahoe's service during our event. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we would absolutely recommend them to any couples!
We recently were married and had our wedding at the Minnesota Boat Club in St. Paul. Mintahoe was great to work with and our contact Lindsey was very prompt when getting back to us and was great with answering any questions that we had. All of our guests raved about the food, decor and how beautiful the location was. I would highly recommend them for your event!
Our daughters wedding was held at A`bulae and catered by Mintahoe. What a class act!! The entire staff from sales, catering, set up, captains, servers, bar tenders and security were respectful, polite and very patient. Our expectations were surpassed from beginning to end.
