We had a great experience with Mintahoe! We had our wedding at Mississppi Gardens and the day was perfect! The food and catering from Mintahoe was great! We worked mainly with Erin during the planning process and she was excellent. Very organized and quick to respond to all the questions I had (which was a lot!) She is made the planning process so much easier and also was very accommodating to making the day how we wanted it. Would highly recommend!!!!!
Minatahoe was incredible to work with! They delivered everything they promised and more! Erin Wade was an amazing coordinator and kept my mother and I calm throughout the entire process. My wedding was a fairy tale and I will highly recommend this venue to anyone interested!
We had a absolutely beautiful wedding at Mississippi Gardens with Mintahoe. We worked with Erin and she made sure every detail was perfects. She was an incredible planner before and during the wedding. Thanks to Erin, Mintahoe and Mississippi Gardens our daughter and son-in-law enjoyed the wedding of their dreams!
I would highly recommend using Mintahoe for catering any wedding or event! We worked with Krista for our June 2016 wedding. She was friendly and was great to work with. We did go through a couple catering people but Krista was great.. The food was DELICIOUS!! The chicken and roast beef were amazing. Most went up for seconds.

Mintahoe was great! Denise was very helpful and always knew the answer to any question we asked!! Great food!! A lot of the guest came up to us at the reception and comment how great that food was and that it wasn't just "typical dull wedding food" The chicken was moist and juicy and the beef was tender. Perfect meal for the day!! Definitely would recommend them!!! :)
We worked with Erin to have drinks for our early afternoon wedding and it was so easy. We only wanted wine and they were able to give us a refund for all of the unopened bottles that were left after the event. I believe that everyone was able to slake their thirst in a joyful way.
Would recommend them to anyone! Accommodating to every request and always helpful! Everything they did for us at our wedding was amazing!
Everything about Mintahoe was amazing. Krista, our Sales Consultant, acted so much more like a wedding planner than our caterer. She was unbelievably responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The food was so incredibly good (still getting compliments weeks later from our guests) and although feeding hundreds of people can be expensive, Krista was so great at helping us be smart with our budget instead of trying to nickle and dime each request.
