We had a wonderful experience with Mintahoe Catering. Nicole Meiers was the representative we worked with and she was absolutely fantastic. She was very prompt, professional, and organized when it came to the details of our event. Nicole worked very well with the coordinator at our venue as well to ensure that everything went smoothly. Made everything so easy and everyone loved the food
I just got married a month ago! I have to admit i was never stressed the night of my wedding they went above and beyond for my family and wedding party! They made everything run so smoothly and took care of requests and question in a timely manner! Not to mention their food is AMAZING! I still have guests talking about it! Thank you Mintahoe!
As the mother of the bride, I am happy to say that we had a marvelous time working with Mintahoe, and our guests were very impressed with the organization and execution. Mintahoe was great to work with. Very responsive and made a lot of effort to make sure we were lining up with orders, etc. At our original tasting we didn't have an opportunity to taste the sea bass. We were interested in checking it out as an option for our entree selection. They were so kind and invited us back for a second tasting to taste the sea bass at another venue they cater for- complementary! So nice! We had our wedding at Winehaven and Mintahoe did a great job with everything!! Jess was an amazing event coordinator and everything went smoothly. I heard from guests that our food was the best wedding meals they have ever had- WOW! The food is SO great.
Julie was our contact and we could not have asked for better service, better food, or better selections. The food was simply great and was raved about by our guests! The service was exceptional. My favorite was that they brought an appetizer to the head table for us so we got a taste since we had been too busy to get one for ourselves. Truly a great experience!
I worked with Julie Teran and she was incredible!! Her customer service went above and beyond. She listened and accommodated to my catering needs and was a true pleasure to work with. And the food... It was AWESOME! I had so many of our guests rave about the food. I highly recommend using Mintahoe's Catering service. I would also recommend requesting Julie as your coordinator!!! The food was great, they communicated as expected, they were so courteous and kind throughout the process. Jess was a pleasure to work with. Everyone commented on how great the food was as well, we enjoyed it all!
