We recently were married and had our wedding at the Minnesota Boat Club in St. Paul. Mintahoe was great to work with and our contact Lindsey was very prompt when getting back to us and was great with answering any questions that we had. All of our guests raved about the food, decor and how beautiful the location was. I would highly recommend them for your event!

Our daughters wedding was held at A`bulae and catered by Mintahoe. What a class act!! The entire staff from sales, catering, set up, captains, servers, bar tenders and security were respectful, polite and very patient. Our expectations were surpassed from beginning to end. A special thank you for prompt responses to the never ending emails and questions. Special thank yous to Jenna, Denise and Nancy!!

Mintahoe catering was such a blessing to work with. A special thank you to Erin who was their main representative during the wedding process. She was organized, knowledgeable, sweet... honestly made my wedding everything I dreamed it could be. They went above and beyond listening and adjusted while suggesting the best suggestions. Mintahoe did an amazing job at our wedding!! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable!! They made our cake and cupcakes as well, and they were to die for!! Kalie and Ally were rock stars! They were extremely professional, courteous, kind, and accommodating to all of our requests for our wedding at the Nicollet Island Pavilion. The food was delicious- we decided on food stations instead of the traditional plated dinners, and the guests LOVED it! The staff were organized and polite. We had our wedding at Nicollet Island Pavilion for around 250 guests. We worked with Kalie from Mintahoe to help choose our appetizers for our cocktail hour, our food for our reception, and alcohol package. She also coordinated with my wedding planner to help everything run smoothly! Our wedding was fantastic and the bar tenders and waiters were great!!

I honestly don't know where to start. They were amazing. We had Nicole as our catering representative and she was fabulous. She was able to accommodate all of our requests and was always timely in her responses. As for the actual wedding day-I couldn't have asked for anything more.
