Mintahoe did an amazing job at our wedding!! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable!! They made our cake and cupcakes as well, and they were to die for!! I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! They make the planning so simple and they do a great job! Thanks for being a part of our dream wedding!!

Kalie and Ally were rock stars! They were extremely professional, courteous, kind, and accommodating to all of our requests for our wedding at the Nicollet Island Pavilion. The food was delicious- we decided on food stations instead of the traditional plated dinners, and the guests LOVED it! The staff were organized and polite. We had our wedding at Nicollet Island Pavilion for around 250 guests. We worked with Kalie from Mintahoe to help choose our appetizers for our cocktail hour, our food for our reception, and alcohol package. She also coordinated with my wedding planner to help everything run smoothly! Our wedding was fantastic and the bar tenders and waiters were great!!

I honestly don't know where to start. They were amazing. We had Nicole as our catering representative and she was fabulous. She was able to accommodate all of our requests and was always timely in her responses. As for the actual wedding day-I couldn't have asked for anything more. There was not one point in the night where I felt stressed OR that my parents felt stressed. All of our guests raved about the appetizers, and the meal was fabulous. We had a wonderful experience with Mintahoe Catering. Nicole Meiers was the representative we worked with and she was absolutely fantastic. She was very prompt, professional, and organized when it came to the details of our event. Nicole worked very well with the coordinator at our venue as well to ensure that everything went smoothly. I just got married a month ago! I have to admit i was never stressed the night of my wedding they went above and beyond for my family and wedding party! They made everything run so smoothly and took care of requests and question in a timely manner! Not to mention their food is AMAZING! I still have guests talking about it! Thank you Mintahoe!
