Throughout the planning process of our wedding, Morgan and Carrie were incredible. They were so patient with our indecisiveness and helped inform us of all of our options. Carrie knew the ins/outs of our wedding down to decor and timing which was so helpful. We met and talked frequently going back and forth about details. Our experience from the start was awesome. My wife is vegan and so are some family and friends. This was our biggest worry and they made everyone feel great. They were very accommodating and patient with us as we requested items to be made vegan. We are very happy with our caterer and would recommend them to anyone. And all our guest said the food was great.
We had an amazing experience with Mintahoe Catering & Events. The staff were friendly, efficient, and the food and dessert were amazing. All of our guests were happy at hour recent wedding! Cannot say enough good things about Mintahoe.
We were very happy with our experience! Mintahoe was the caterer for our venue, Leopold's Mississippi Gardens and that made it easy to not have to choose a caterer. Mintahoe was incredibly responsive, communicative, and detail oriented leading up to the wedding. They did a fantastic job on our wedding day. The Team at Mintahoe were great to work with! They worked with us through a number of postponements due to the pandemic and talked us through all the details and well documented everything. They helped make our day go so smoothly!
We were very pleased with Mintahoe for our wedding!! Food was delicious, communication was prompt, absolutely fantastic. There were many comments from our guests on how good the food was, the food was filling, it was served promptly, etc. The food tasting when we had it was excellent and when we wanted to try other foods afterwards they worked with us on that and it was great. Mintahoe is very organized and easy to work with. They reach out to you when it's time to complete each step like tastings and setting menus and payments are very easy and on a schedule so you don't have to pay for everything up front. They have lots of options and are very thorough. One big thing we were concerned with was that we had a lot of guests with allergies and dietary restrictions and we wanted everyone to be included. Our wedding was held at the Van Dusen Mansion on June 30, 2022. Mintahoe has an exclusive deal with the Van Dusen for catering. Being that this wasn’t a vendor choice we were able to make, I did have some reservations about the pricing and ability of Mintahoe - boy what’s I wrong. I would highly recommend Mintahoe! One of our wedding priorities was that everything run smoothly, and Mintahoe did a great job managing all the setup/takedown/food/drink logistics, in addition to having really tasty food and drinks. Everyone I worked with was very flexible and had suggestions I really appreciated, such as having pre-set salads and rolls for guests while they're waiting for the buffet. Carrie was always super quick to respond to questions and emails too, even during the height of wedding season!
