Our recent summer wedding was catered with Mintahoe, and the service, quality of food, and ease of coordination exceeded our expectations. We were able to fully customize our food and drink offerings, and the team was more than willing to accommodate and help with our off-the-menu requests. Including fruit for our tablescape, custom cocktails, and wedding cake coordination. They were great to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Mintahoe Catering, and Tammy, did a great job catering our event. They were very experienced with our venue, Van Dusen Mansion, and helped with not only food and drink selection, but also decor inclusions and the overall timeline. We cannot recommend Mintahoe Catering enough! The dinner was cooked to perfection and the dessert table was a massive hit with all our guests. The real MVP of our experience was Tammy, the manager. We had a great experience with the catering. The food was awesome and we received so many compliments from our guests about how good everything tasted. Rebakha helped us from the very beginning through the contract process and was very responsive and helpful along the way. We worked with Tammy and she was professional and easy to communicate with. She listened to our ideas and gave us great feedback that helped us make some challenging choices. Overall, the food was excellent. We had many guests come up to us after dinner to tell us that we had served the best food they have had at a wedding!
