We had a pretty mixed experience with Mintahoe. They were the exclusive caterer at our venue. Otherwise, we would have found someone different. Communication and professionalism was sub-par at best, and we encountered multiple super rude employees throughout the planning process. We have no complaints about the actual wedding day -- lead contact, servers, food, etc., were all fine. However as one of the more premium caterers and at their price point, I would have expected a more professional / customer-oriented company.

We work with them on a variety of venues, and they always come through. Their artists were talented and friendly, and their Event Planner is easy to work with.

The Mintahoe team was great to work with! They were amenable to last minute changes in the amount of plated dinners we needed. The food was delicious. Plus, the cake was amazing! We just wish that the plated dinners had a larger portion size.

The Mintahoe team was great to work with and the food was amazing! They were very flexible with our specific requests and did their best to make sure everything was precisely as we had hoped. Since we were so busy socializing during cocktail hour, they set a plate of small bites at the head table for us, which was a sweet touch.

The Mintahoe team was very professional, responsive, and well-organized throughout the entire process. They helped make the planning much easier because they were so well-organized and clearly communicated everything (including expectations, timelines, payments, etc.). The food was also fantastic; they offer a large variety of selections (and delicious vegan and vegetarian options, which is often hard to find), and work hard to customize to dietary preferences and restrictions. We used Mintahoe for our wedding at Nicollet Island Pavilion and were so thrilled with all of the food! We did heavy passed apps and food stations. Every. Single. Thing. was delicious!!! People continue to tell us how awesome the food experience was - and that’s not something you typically hear about wedding food! They accommodated our many guests with food allergies or restrictions seamlessly. The event staff was gracious and helpful. We are so glad we worked with Mintahoe!

We were fortunate enough to have our wedding at the Nicollet Island Pavilion - between the venue and the Mintahoe team, we couldn't have dreamed of a better day! Cyndi and her team took such great care of us - from helping us plan and customize our perfect day ahead of time, to ensuring all details were executed flawlessly the day of, we were in such great hands that I didn't even need a wedding planner! We would recommend Mintahoe to anyone planning a wedding in the Twin Cities.

Mintahoe was extremely professional and easy to work with from the beginning to day of our wedding! Carrie was always available whenever we had any questions and responded within 24 hours. She was great to work with and ensured that what we wanted happen. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. We received many compliments. I would absolutely use them again and recommend to anyone choosing a catering company!
