We had a great experience working with Mintahoe Catering & Events for our wedding! A venue we initially wanted to look at was going to be way out of our budget, Mintahoe offered other options within our budget and we ended up going with and loving the Solar Arts building in NE Minneapolis. It was such a great space! Mintahoe was helpful, responsive, professional, and fun to work with throughout the whole process.

We loved working with Mintahoe for our wedding. First, they were super organized. They had a menu for us, clear deadlines, and pricing all laid out when we started the journey. Rather than doing one-on-one tastings they do group tastings, which lets you get a lot more options (remember to pace yourself!). Mintahoe was absolutely wonderful to work with. I wrote a glowing and honest review of Nicollet Island Pavilion, our wedding venue, and the privilege of working with Morgan Brady (an absolute angel). We can't say enough about how fantastic it was working with Mintahoe for our wedding! We loved having CJ as our contact-she was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. She answered any and all questions and helped us create a great plan for our big day, which went off without a hitch! We chose Mintahoe Catering for our company's event and selected the Seminar package which included a classic continental breakfast, lunch buffet, afternoon snack and desserts! The deliveries were prompt, very professional and we had more than enough food for our number count! Coordinating and corresponding with the planner was easy and very receptive to our dietary needs. We would highly recommend Mintahoe Catering for your next event.

I will start my review by saying I had to choose Mintahoe because they are contracted by the venue I chose - the Van Dusen Mansion. Morgan was absolutely wonderful to work with, nothing but great things to say about her - very responsive, friendly, understanding, accommodating. We had to have the champagne and beer ordered ahead of time for the bridal suite and club room while getting ready - you can’t bring any of your own alcohol at any time during the day (this wasn’t an issue, however it’s just more expensive to have to ... read more

I cannot say enough good things about Mintahoe and, more specifically, C.J. Navarro who manages their venue at the Solar Arts Building. Our wedding was flawless, and it wouldn't have been possible without C.J. She was so helpful at every step of the way. Very responsive and she knows her stuff! We had our wedding at the Van Dusen mansion which requires you to contract catering with Mintahoe, so we were locked in. However, our experience with the Mintahoe team was excellent. The food was incredible. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. We worked with CJ and she was incredibly helpful as we got ready for this day. Absolutely would work with their team again if I have future events.
