Anthony D'amico was extremely helpful and proficient. He was able to help us modify our loan when numerous others said "No way." My husband and I were unable to obtain a lower rate even though we had good credit. We were so pleased with Anthony's service. He was straight forward and did not make us jump through hoops. We refinanced through the HARP Program at the Money Store. There were no hassles and everything was done through e-mails and phone calls, Alan Coffer was easy to work with and so were all the others I dealt with. It was fast and easy (2 weeks approx) I highly recommend using the Money Store, I know I will if the need arises!

I was waiting for a call back from another lender to finalize rates and signing arrangements. I received an e-mail ad from the Money Store and called. I reached Gregory Souran, this was about 4:00 in the afternoon. He not only had a better rate, 4.25% compared to 4.75%, and told me I would have the paper work guaranteeing the rate that evening. I was happy with the service I received from David Goldstein. He was straight-forward in detailing the application process and what was expected of me. There were several times I thought I wasn't going to get the mortgage but he was committed to seeing the process through to the end. I'm happy as I shaved over 1.5% points and years off my mortgage.
Excellent experience. My loan officer Wayne Hardack was a pleasure to work with. He personally answered the phone every time I called, and was very knowledgeable about the entire process. The loan processor Marina Riley was also a pleasure to work with, and was very responsive to every question I had. Their interest rate was the best I found, and there were no junk fees. The entire process was seamless. I highly recommend Wayne Hardack and The Money Store.
I have to give the highest marks to Brian Woltman who helped me with my refinance this December 2012. He answered all my questions throughout the whole process from initial consultation through paper close.
