I refinanced 2 properties with MLD The Money Store. They were a little slow getting it done, but the gave me everything they promised, GREAT price, beating their competition. They were very knowlegable and thorough. 4 out of 5 stars...i would have given them 5 stars but they were backed up with loans and they weren't as fast as they thought they could be. I have a friend who was refinancing through the The Money Store at a great rate, so my wife and I decided to request a call through the The Money Store website. Lucky for us, it was Brian Woltman who returned our call. My experience with Money store and especially with Charles Petruzzi was wonderful, so much so that I may have referred close to 10 more people to him. Charles is very fast, responsive and patient with all my questions, but other departments in the money store (espcially the closing and loan depts.) were not so responsive and usually missed deadlines even after reminders. This is something they need to work on to be able to close loans faster.
I worked with Brian Woltman, from start to finish the process only took a few weeks and Brian was always just a phone call or email away. He always answered my calls and responded quickly to my questions.
I refinanced twice in the past 5 years with The Money Store. Craig A. Lipson assisted me with both deals. Prices were very competitive, and he was of great help ushering through necessary paperwork and coordinating appraisers, etc. Both refinances went very smoothly, in a large part due to Craig. I have recommended him to my co-workers due to my high degree of satisfaction, and would use him again for my future financial needs.
