The Money Store was easy to deal with, got me the best rate possible and the lowest fees all among great service. It's mostly the people. James Fiorendino was incredible. He guided me every step of the way and even stayed in touch while I was in underwriting and while he was out sick! Greg Knox at the Money Store did a great job helping us get our home loan refinanced at a very competitive rate. I did a good amount of research and even started the refinance process elsewhere before finding the best rate with the Money Store. Going through the refinancing process isn't easy or super fast, but he kept us updated on where things were at and what to expect, timing-wise. I would recommend him and the Money Store, and am considering refinancing another home I own with him as well.
I have used Craig Lipson many times on my initial purchase and multiple refinances. He is always responsive and thorough in his work. I highly recommend him and have recommended him to many of my friends. The Money store rates are very aggressive.

Our experience with Tony D'Amico was fantastic. As far as I am concerned he went above and beyond in reassuring, assisting, answering questions, returning phone calls timely, and was very pleasant and easy to work with. There were times where Tony had to explain a process (electronic signatures was one) several times and he always did so while smiling. I know I could feel the smile through the phone.
