I've worked with about 5 mortgage companies in my lifetime. I've never had an exceptional experience like the one I had working with Brian A. Woltman from the Money Store. Brian handled every aspect of my loan in an expeditious and proressional manner. He made me feel like it was personal for him to exceed my expectations. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with every step. Brian did an exemplary job and I can't wait to work with him again in the future.

I found that the money store, particularly my representative, Charles Petruzzi, were quite helpful in guiding me through the refinancing process. I made numerous inquiries and received call backs rapidly. Charles never rushed me along and was forthcoming in our frequent discussions. No games were played, e. g. trading off rate levels with closing costs. And the rate was the lowest available.

I have used The Money Store for my first re-finance. The Loan Officer Gregory Knox, was not only knowledgable, helpfull, but also was the man of his word. All transactions and prcessing were done, as promised. Everything as it was described and promised on GFE, was charged at the closing. Wow, this was my first online refinance and over all it was a very positive experience. Wayne Hardack of The Money Store is very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. I found all the people on his team to share these same qualities (thank you, Chadd and Tatiana). I did have to find and send several documents however, for the most part, everything was pretty easy to find and upload. The Money Store was able to refinance my home when no other lenders would. Really straight forward, no hidden fees or terms. Almost to easy to be true. I would deal with them again.

Overall I had a great experience with Charles Petruzzi from the The Money Store. Charles was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions--be it the phone or e-mail. I particularly liked the quick turn around time online and being able to always reach him directly by phone if needed. There was never an unprofessional delay in response from both Charles or Rosemary who handled my account. I contacted "The Money Store" after doing some research online. Their rate was one of the lowest and minimal fees. I worked with Charles Petruzzi (loan originator), who responded to my emails and phone calls promptly during the refinance process. Before the loan was closed, interest rates fell a little and Charles worked on getting authorization for the lower rate. I also had a very good experience with their loan processor Viola Arias. My wife and I had a very positive experience with The Money Store. Charles and Tatiana were friendly, available, very helpful, and knowledgable. They respectfully answered any questions we had throughout the refinance process. I can't say enough good things about our experience. This refinance was a life changer for us and I'm really happy we chose The Money Store. We were lucky to have had Charles and Tatiana service our loan.

The process took longer than I expected and along the way, my confidence in the Money Store was waning. However, there are many loans in the process of refinance because of the changes in eligibility for the HARP program (that's what I was told). The manager called me to reassure me that he would personally be responsible for the closing...that made a difference. The loan closed with virtually zero hassle.
