I was skeptical since had never heard of them and reviews were so-so but they did come through on my refi. Took over 60 days to close and they could've been much more responsive but they did get to closing and extended my rate since the delay was on their end. And the reality is their rates were the best.
The Loan Officer Charles Petruzzi was very knowledgeable, and personable. He always kept me up to date on the status of my refinance, and he responded to my inquiries immediately. He was always available. The experience I had with him and the Money Store was first class.
I found the business online, called on my cell phone, and within a few minutes, Charles P. got the ball rolling! After that, the whole process went smoothly. All my expectations were met all the way through closing. This is one more happy customer!
