Requested additional information via email on 2/14 - 24-hours later no reply by email. Isn't the whole idea of shopping online to be able to respond quickly by email? Their only fee of 1.38 discount is impossible based on information I have from numerous lenders in the last couple of days. No thank you!

I refinanced my home with The Money Store. The rates were great, and the process very efficient and painless. When I got a call back shortly after asking for rates, I did a 15 min phone interview, and half an hour later the completed loan application was emailed to me. I just had to provide the required docs, and 3 weeks later my loan was closed. Charles Petrucci was the loan originator, and he was highly efficient and very professional.
