The Brown team went above and beyond to do what ever it took to get a mortgage. I wasted my time with other lenders because they just lie and refuse to go out of the way to help. The Brown team and moneystore worked late nights and found ways around many obstacles that was in the way of financing. I would not recommend any other lender . Need a mortgage? Let the Brown team get it done at ........THE MONEY STORE!!!!!!!!!

Don't know where to begin what I started the loan it was tough but this guy stood strong even in the eye of adversity and stayed patient I would continue to do business with him or any business dealing with property
They gave me FAKE approval letter that was NEVER approved by underwriting department. After 60 days of waiting, they told me that they don't request my tax transcripts yet and appraisal wasn't ordered yet. GREG, GUSTAN CHO, PATRICK VILLALOBOS are LIARS. They lied about everything and there's nothing that they do right. NEVER associate NEVER trust NEVER do business with them.

I beg of you Do not use this company. We don't have a place to live because they promised us one close date and so we packed all of our belongings and the day before we were moving they were still asking us for paper work. Then they eventually said that we are so sorry, but we need to extend it. So now we are living out of our storage because we have no where to go until they complete the loan and we get into the house. They had over 45days and still waited to the very end. HORRIBLE!They pulled my loan the day before closing because they made a mistake on the paperwork! What a joke! They never return calls. In 90 days half of their staff has quit and my loan has been passed to different people that have no clue what they are doing. Each new person keeps asking me for the same info that I had already provided to the previous person. Then after all is said and done they give you a bad attitude because they say you are calling them too much harassing them!
Jerod Hatcher was my first contact in April. He passed my loan to the next department and Sue Henry helped with most of the paperwork but stopped answering my calls. When finally I called the general number I'm told she is no longer with the company and Lisa Bobbet is handling. I dealt with her twice and she seemed overwhelmed or not to know what she was doing. Do not use Money Store if you need service on your loan. A month after receiving my loan, the money store used an incorrect insurance figure to recalculate my escrow. All ins/tax figures and payment timing disclosed at the time of closing were correct. So, my payment went up more than $100 over what I had budgeted for at the time of closing. I had a lot of contact over the next four months including a service rep that said that confirmed receipt of my actual insurance premium. However, the payment has never been adjusted as ... read more

As a former lending officer, i was impressed by the no nonsense practical response. No BS, no bogus sales pitch, no lies, just professionalism. It doesn't get better. I was so tired of the idiots and crooks from other lenders.
