I've only been a member here for 3 months, and it took all the courage I had to finally join a gym seeking help with my health. From the time I walked in and signed up I felt welcomed and never judged. The employees at the door always greet us with a smile and say goodbye when we leave. There are people of all sizes, ages and abilities here. Most people listen to music or watch TVs that are on all cardio machines and up in the center of the room. The Mountainside in Gilbert is really nice so I expected to see the same here. First the equipment and locker room are really nice but everything is so squished together there is no where you can workout. I couldn't be on the chest fly machine because they overlap with the leg curl machine when someone is on it. If you want to squat on the rogue racks you have to face each other about 3ft apart. My husband and I haven't even joined the gym yet and I am already impressed with their employees. My husband and I were deciding between two gyms and having one phone conversation helped me make the choice! I have a two month old, so the gym we go to must have childcare. So I called in and asked a few questions and the gentleman said he was knew and transferred me to someone who has worked there longer. The woman was so pleasant and polite! I came here to test out the facility when it first opened up. I used a promotional pass that I received in the mail. I didn't get a tour and was told I could workout and come to front desk afterwards to speak to someone about membership and plus they had my ID. Not only did I not get a full tour of the facility, I was rushed because the sales associate had a couple who was waiting in line for her. Great gym, great training. Equipment is good and usually available when i go. Overall very impressed with the gym and location.

This place is awesome. Nice staff, tons of equipment,towel service. Yes its more expensive than some others I personally feel its worth it. It does get busy but I have never had to wait for equipment. Not sure about the other reviews saying it was dirty. This gym is very clean even at its busiest times.

Broken equipment doesn't get fixed. The same trash had been sitting in several lockers for month. Showers malfunction and drop from warm to scolding. Spoke with employees and reported issues but nothing had been done about it. If they had better management then they would get 5 stars.

This gym is clean, the classes are very good and it is never too crowded. Also, my kids love the kiddy area. Yes, it is a little more expensive than the $10 gyms you can find, but paying a little extra is worth the money for this gym.

Some of the highly critical reviews are a bit mutha. My wife and I switched to MSF for the day care and while some days girls/guys might not be perfect in there 9/10 times it's perfect. Yes the gym gets crowded and it's a major bummer for the small basketball court. But the staff has been excellent to us. It's a gym people you sweat and stink the place up, go to LA up there street if you want to see gross. Location could use expansion and some fine tuning but we are happy with it
