I've been a previous member at many other gyms in the area, so i can honestly say Mountainside is the best! Facility is always kept nice and clean and the staff feels like family. My favorite aspect of the gym though is the classes they offer. They hire the best of the best instructors and have a wide variety. No other gym or studio offers this without paying hundreds per month!!

I love this club. I've been working at this club for 2 years. Nothing compares to this location. The atmosphere is so positive, inviting and clean! Everyone is so nice. We all work so hard to keep this club as great as it should be. The members here are so great, you guys always make me want to come to work! I love my managers and co-workers. This really is my home away from home. Everyone should give this club a try!

I travel all over Arizona selling fitness equipment, and loved using Mountainside facilities until I came to the Queen Creek location. I am disappointed to say my visit here after work was very unpleasant. Despite being one of the smaller busy locations, you will find half of the machines out of order. And If you happen to need assistance; good luck trying to pull a staff member away from their cliques that seem to linger around occupying machines, and gossiping about members. Garbage in every way. Typical Globo Gym feel and seems nice on its face, but if you try to cancel they'll screw it up 1000% of the time. Both me and my wife did cancellations and both of them ended up overcharging us and we had to jump through flaming hoops to get our money back. Don't become a member unless you like hidden fees, like the annual fee they don't tell you about. Go to PF or anywhere else literally

Hi Shaun. I am sorry that your experience canceling your membership was difficult. The only requirement we have for month to month memberships is a 30-day notice. Our annual fee is described on our agreement and we put that money to great use every year upgrading the clubs. I've reviewed this gym location before but I will do it again. I've been coming to this location for over a year and I have never appreciated a gym and it's staffs confidence and manners more than this one. While everyone who attends this gym, we all make friends with the staff. The managers are genuine and really care for their members and their kids in the childcare. Staff is cool. They keep machines and equipment in good shape. Good people go to the gym there. My only issue is that it is so small for how many memberships they have.
I've only been a member here for 3 months, and it took all the courage I had to finally join a gym seeking help with my health. From the time I walked in and signed up I felt welcomed and never judged. The employees at the door always greet us with a smile and say goodbye when we leave. There are people of all sizes, ages and abilities here. Most people listen to music or watch TVs that are on all cardio machines and up in the center of the room. The Mountainside in Gilbert is really nice so I expected to see the same here. First the equipment and locker room are really nice but everything is so squished together there is no where you can workout. I couldn't be on the chest fly machine because they overlap with the leg curl machine when someone is on it. If you want to squat on the rogue racks you have to face each other about 3ft apart. My husband and I haven't even joined the gym yet and I am already impressed with their employees. My husband and I were deciding between two gyms and having one phone conversation helped me make the choice! I have a two month old, so the gym we go to must have childcare.
