Looking for a place with home like experience Mustang Creek Estates in Allen Texas is the place. My cousin was cared for with compassion and respect. Whenever I arrived, there was always staff around and they assisted me with any request. The meals served always smelled so good. Five stars

My mother has been at MCE Allen for many months. She has adjusted well and is happy. She is very well taken care of. Any time I have questions or need to speak with anyone at the home, I always get a quick response.

I like this place because it is so cozy and home-like. I was stressing to find somewhere to put my family member in a memory care facility. I was given information from A Place For Mom on all the care facilities in my area. I called and arranged for a tour of the facility. My mother in law loves this place. It is like she is living in her house with her own private master suite. The homemade food is cooked on site by the staff and looks and tastes wonderfully, just like home. [name removed] , the facility director is on top of each situation and keeps family in the loop. That alone means the world to me. The houses are located on a beautiful street with beautiful homes that dead ends into a cul di sac so there is no thru traffic. I could not have made a better choice for my mother in law.

The building location in a very nice upscale neighborhood. Inside it very open and very clean, a little older than the one in Sachse, but nice and comfortable. Rooms are good size for a resident and bathrooms are huge, you will need to provide bed and furniture. The parking spots are limited. I felt very secure and safe in the area. The only issue are the stairs leading up to houses for residents in wheelchairs. The memory care side was more accessable. Staff was very nice and friendly.

I toured Mustang Creek Estates Allen and it was really good. I like the house environments better than 'facilities,' so this one was really good. Just farther than my loved one's old location.

I've been very pleased with Mustang Creek Estates Allen. I've not tried the food, but my loved one says it's very good, and it always smells good to me when I come to visit. The activities are excellent. They had a wonderful activities director who just left, and I hope they find somebody as good as she was. I think the cost is fair. The staff are very attentive. I am a hair-stylist and I cut a mans hair over 20 years ago and he was the owner of Mustang Creek Estates. He told me about the concept of it all and I really liked the concept. When it became time to look for my mother, I knew that this was one of the first places I wanted to look and it has turned out to be a great fit for her. The thing that sticks out most about the facility is the friendliness of all of the staff. I would definitely recommend the facility.
