Our visits are often too short and not frequent enough but I love every time we get to go. I leave feeling good about the care that is being given. My favorite part might be the way the caregivers know the residents so well. So good!

The staff has been wonderful very helpful if I had a problem, no matter how minor it was. I discussed it with them and it was corrected immediately. I'm happy where she's at and I think she's getting the care of this properly and needed. I would give them probably a four on the food because I haven't tried it, but it smells good every time I've been in there. Absolutely recommend! The style of 10 residents per house and 6 houses makes it very comfy for our loved one. The staff is kind and fun too! Location, price is all-inclusive and single rooms is what attracted us.

Both of my parents were residents of Mustang Creek Estates. During their stay, we ended up in all three types of their houses: assisted living, memory care, and elevated assisted living. My parents started in assisted living. My father had to go the hospital for a little while, and that is when the management correctly suggest my mother move to the memory care house. Looking for a place with home like experience Mustang Creek Estates in Allen Texas is the place. My cousin was cared for with compassion and respect. Whenever I arrived, there was always staff around and they assisted me with any request. The meals served always smelled so good. Five stars

My mother has been at MCE Allen for many months. She has adjusted well and is happy. She is very well taken care of. Any time I have questions or need to speak with anyone at the home, I always get a quick response.

I like this place because it is so cozy and home-like. I was stressing to find somewhere to put my family member in a memory care facility. I was given information from A Place For Mom on all the care facilities in my area. I called and arranged for a tour of the facility. I chose Mustang Creek in Allen because of the cleanliness of the facility, and the caring and understanding staff. I just felt like at home when I entered the place to tour it. My mother in law loves this place. It is like she is living in her house with her own private master suite. The homemade food is cooked on site by the staff and looks and tastes wonderfully, just like home. [name removed] , the facility director is on top of each situation and keeps family in the loop. That alone means the world to me. The houses are located on a beautiful street with beautiful homes that dead ends into a cul di sac so there is no thru traffic. I could not have made a better choice for my mother in law.
