This was a wonderful experience.[Removed] was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to meet and speak with residents and staff alike. Everyone has only great things to say! We have decided to move our mom into this facility ASAP, and couldn't be more relieved and grateful that we were pointed in that direction. We are looking forward to it, and excited for Mom-I think it's going to be a great fit!

The community is well maintained and kept very clean inside and out for the residents. My loved one seems to really be enjoying the activities they have throughout the day as well as the meals they provide. Everything is going well and she seems to be very content in her new living environment.

Things are going well for my father here at Mustang Creek Estates, he really starting to settle into the community. The community does a really good job with making sure everything looks nice and clean. The staff has been wonderful and extremely helpful and kind to us. They don't mind listening to your request and making sure they accommodate your loved one needs which is very nice to see. I am very pleased, the people are excellent. The director handled the discussion of my mom having to go into memory care really well. They really made my transition easier.

They were very friendly. My dad said the caregivers during the week were so helpful and so nice to him and very kind and they were there any time he needed anything. Just good things to say about it.

Very clean and 90% of staff is nice. The room is a little small but the bathroom is roomy. They have not really been great about explaining everything. There are activities at one of the houses daily but not every house. They don't move people house to house like they say they will. Overall a good place. The staff that is good are the best. I could not ask for someone more caring.

There's a lot of staff turnover and no night staff to help. The short staff have too many people to help so patients have to wait their turn if need assistance.
My moms room had bed bugs. They sprayed them but they came back...I noticed bites on my mom. They heat treated her room only. I am sure they would be back eventually if we had left her there. Beware.
Staff has been very helpful and kind. Activities are great!! Mom says food is good.
