The day staff was great. The night staff can certainly improve on their professionalism. We picked this community, because it was the closest proximity to my house and affordable compared to others.

We've had a pretty good experience with this facility so far. Most of the staff is great, but there are some that maybe aren't so great. That seems to happen more on the weekends when they're using fill ins versus the regular staff. But I know part of that is because it's not routine for them and certain things can be challenging. They have good activities, I just wish they'd offer them more on the weekends. They serve great meals. Communication with the family is very good. Mustang Creek Estates has been great. Very happy with their services. It is an all inclusive price which was a huge bonus over others that we looked at. This is a great facility. Definitely the right place for Dad.

My dad and I toured this community for our mom and it was nice. Ultimately, we couldn't get dad to pull the trigger on it, even though we'd paid several months rent. No fault of the facility at all. It seemed like a great place and good value for the money.

I've been very pleased with Mustang Creek Estates Allen. I've not tried the food, but my loved one says it's very good, and it always smells good to me when I come to visit. The activities are excellent. They had a wonderful activities director who just left, and I hope they find somebody as good as she was. I think the cost is fair. The staff are very attentive. I am a hair-stylist and I cut a mans hair over 20 years ago and he was the owner of Mustang Creek Estates. He told me about the concept of it all and I really liked the concept. When it became time to look for my mother, I knew that this was one of the first places I wanted to look and it has turned out to be a great fit for her. The thing that sticks out most about the facility is the friendliness of all of the staff. I would definitely recommend the facility.
