The staff at Mustang Creek are friendly and accommodating. When I couldn’t M-F for a tour, someone met me on Saturday. Maintenance is on top of everything. I should have asked more questions about what staff can do and not expected to do for the resident.

The building location in a very nice upscale neighborhood. Inside it very open and very clean, a little older than the one in Sachse, but nice and comfortable. Rooms are good size for a resident and bathrooms are huge, you will need to provide bed and furniture. The parking spots are limited. I felt very secure and safe in the area. The only issue are the stairs leading up to houses for residents in wheelchairs. The memory care side was more accessable. Staff was very nice and friendly.

The staff at Mustang Creek Estates Allen is good, but needs to communicate better when residents first move in. For example: there needs to be a meeting to go over the individual's requirements, not just what the director has noted from speaking to the family. I would highly suggest the family document in detail and provide a copy to each employee. The housekeeping is good, but could improve with deep cleaning. The move in process is bad!! I toured Mustang Creek Estates Allen and it was really good. I like the house environments better than 'facilities,' so this one was really good. Just farther than my loved one's old location.

The day staff was great. The night staff can certainly improve on their professionalism. We picked this community, because it was the closest proximity to my house and affordable compared to others.

We've had a pretty good experience with this facility so far. Most of the staff is great, but there are some that maybe aren't so great. That seems to happen more on the weekends when they're using fill ins versus the regular staff. But I know part of that is because it's not routine for them and certain things can be challenging. Mustang Creek Estates has been great. Very happy with their services. It is an all inclusive price which was a huge bonus over others that we looked at. This is a great facility. Definitely the right place for Dad.

My dad and I toured this community for our mom and it was nice. Ultimately, we couldn't get dad to pull the trigger on it, even though we'd paid several months rent. No fault of the facility at all. It seemed like a great place and good value for the money.
