our experience with Mustang Creek Estates has been very good so far.

So far it has been a very easy experience moving my loved one in. The staff are quick to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. My loved one enjoys the food and there are three meals a day served. They recently have a new activities director who has been busy with the residents engaging them in activities.

Let me start by saying my mom was living alone and I couldn’t be there every minute so I worried. Was she physically OK, was she eating well, was she taking her meds? She sounded so Lonely. All of this was on my mind when I was told about MCE in Allen. I love the family feel you get from the layout of the houses. They keep the residents stimulated with activities of all sorts, and if the situation does arise I’m notified and it gets taken care of. We have had previous experience with Mustang Creek community before our loved one moved in, so we are very familiar with how things work. We would recommend them to others.

We toured this community and it was very nice. The tour was great but they did not have a available spot in their memory care

The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Communication was good between the staff and the family. I really feel like this was a home away from home. I would recommend this community to others

The staff were wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them. They were very accommodating to my mom and were unbelievably kind and good to her. They have a wonderfully low staff to resident ratio, which I loved. I chose this community because of the low staff turnover and it was less expensive than others I visited, and you got more for your money here. We only had one negative experience and that was after my mom passed away. The director said that they have a move out policy that requires families to pay for an add... read more
