They are good. I wish we would get monthly or 2x a month updates on the person there, how they are doing. I would especially like to know if the loved one is being compliant with meds

Staff is overall good during the week but would get a 3 on the weekends...staff is more young guys on the weekends & holidays, often sitting around on their phones instead of interacting with the residents. The facility is good and overall clean. It lacks nice outdoor spaces in most of the houses. Most do have small porches w some seating. Activities are good but the resident has to be open or in the mood to do it...wish they pushed them to participate a little more...

Very clean and 90% of staff is nice. The room is a little small but the bathroom is roomy. They have not really been great about explaining everything. There are activities at one of the houses daily but not every house. They don't move people house to house like they say they will. Overall a good place. The staff that is good are the best. I could not ask for someone more caring.

There's a lot of staff turnover and no night staff to help. The short staff have too many people to help so patients have to wait their turn if need assistance.

My moms room had bed bugs. They sprayed them but they came back...I noticed bites on my mom. They heat treated her room only. I am sure they would be back eventually if we had left her there. Beware.
Staff has been very helpful and kind. Activities are great!! Mom says food is good.

Families have to stay on top of staff to make sure they do what you expect them to do. Timing and delivery of meds not always on target. Most of the staff were caring, but we did witness the opposite more than once.

My husband did not participate since he got hurt on the first week I moved him. I think they need more help for the house my husband was in. Particularly on weekends. They are not able to provide sufficient care to their residence. Some of their employees do not know how to care for the residence or afraid to take care of them. I tried to help a lot to take care of my husband since I was there all the time. I made sure he is taken care of. I have real issue on how they manage the medications. Most of the staff do a good job, especially the weekday staff. The weekend staff seems to fluctuate and is not always as good. The director is very responsive. Food- they frequently do not have the food supplies to make the meals listed on their menu. And the staff making the meals, depending on the person, don't want to take the time needed to make a good healthy meal.
