The Activities At Mustang Creek Burleson are awesome. The Resident's are very happy with the Activity Director. She does a excellent job. Mustang Creek Burleson Should Be Proud To Have Her On Staff.

It's a good facility overall, but we are having an issue as far as turnover within their staff. I do think it's the hours and the pay. The lack of staff effects the meals, activities, level of care, etc.. There have been times when there's only been one in house, when they are supposed to have two for the estate. Also the availability of them not answering the phone for my loved ones building itself.

We toured Mustang Creek Estates Burleson and the people there were nice, we liked them. Mustang Creek was a consideration for us, but I had a gut feeling that it wouldn't have been a good fit for my dad.

I would highly recommend it. The service is up to par. The location is pretty good as well, and in close proximity to where I live. And I've found the overall experience to be great.

The staff have been incredible in helping us make the transition. Obviously any time you're moving into a facility where you're increasing the level of care, it can be a hard transition. And there are a lot of emotions involved with that. But the staff has been absolutely phenomenal in helping both me and my mother with that transition and making sure everything is just right. It's good, the staff is great. The cleanliness could improve and the meals are ok. Their is too much inconsistency on activities. It's either too much or not enough.

Mustang Creek Estates Burleson is wonderful. This is a really loving place. The residents aren't just a number or a name. The staff interact with them, and it's a great place for your mom or dad. We were concerned about making the transition from in-home care to full time residential care. And we are so happy with our choice and how well our loved one is doing here. Mustang Creek felt like home right away, and the care givers are right down the hall so anytime our loved one needs assistance they are right there. Very quick response time.

Mustang creek is overall pretty clean, the food is pretty good and the front line staff is pretty caring. They did just lose an amazing supervisor and I am disappointed. The workers work for more then their worth, most of the time with a good attitude. The executive directive is usually available and responsive. The don't make a really good effort in getting people involve in the activities especially if they are in another building.
