I would give a 5 in all categories. Peace of mind knowing your loved one is being cared for 24/7. Staff is personable and ready to assist. Home cooking is a big plus!! Based on our family's experience with both of our parents, Mustang Creek would be recommended on many levels. We have peace of mind knowing our mom was cared for 24/7 and our dad continues to have the same experience with staff who are knowledgeable friendly and always willing to assist. Home cooking and outings always makes my dad smile.

We truly love Mom being at Mustang Creek Estates. She is hardly ever in her room. She's always out doing activities and playing bingo. The food is made right in the house and the aroma's always smells so good. We like that the facility administers her medication's and does her laundry all included in the same price, which we believe is at or below average, which helps her out financially. I would recommend Mustang Creek estates to any of my friends and family.

We were told on a Wednesday our Mother was being released from a skilled nursing facility on Monday and would not be able to return her own home without 24 hour care. We were in a state of shock and panic. I remembered the commercials “A place for Mom” so I looked up their phone number and starting with that call I was direct to a wonderful Lady who lived in our area! She made me feel so comfortable! I don't care for the director of the facility. The caring staff is the best. Improve the director.

I liked that it has 15 or less residents per house. It makes it feel very homey. The staff are very helpful and are always ready to answer questions.

The home took good care of my mother. Knowing that my mother was hard to care for thet did a great job. They even provided me direction for more help which she qualified for. The food was very good and home made there in the same building

The facility tour conducted by [name removed] was positive and inviting. Loved the open dining concept. [name removed] in House B, accepted our mother in late stages of dementia w/alzheimers. Their care was genuine and the staff communicated frequently regarding her deteriorating condition. They recognized her failure to thrive & as a family we agreed to hospice.
