We have a gift card to this location, and the staff have been pretty great letting us know about the different amenities here. I can't really speak to boarding, as this location is a bit far for us. However, we hired one of their animal behaviorist/trainers to help refresh our 4-year-old dog on her various commands. There was some communication issues that led to a delay in scheduling for our first meeting, but our trainer dealt with it graciously and met us at the Franklin location. We put our 3 kitties at My Second Home for over 2 weeks while we were in the middle of a cross country move. They were so generous, sweet, and caring. Matt and his team went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. They even gave them baths the day before we picked them up so they would be ready for their new home. I highly recommend them. Best we've ever experienced!!!!!

I have had a great experience taking my dog here. He started out as a more timid puppy but now he runs to the gate and is so happy to be there! They truly take care of him and it's been wonderful knowing he is having a great time at day care!

My Second Home is exactly what they are: "My Second Home!!" My Sadie goes every day (7 days a week). She is loved by every employee there. I trust them with my girl. She loves going and enjoys the other dogs. She has two best friends there and they play so well together. I highly recommend My Second Home if you are thinking of doggy daycare or boarding. They are the BEST!!!!

We have two dogs that go here for daycare each week - the dogs always seem to have a great time. They are welcomed with open arms and our dogs leave tired and happy. We've also boarded our dogs there a few times and they do a great job of texting updates! I'm so glad we found My Second Home!

I absolutely love My Second Home. They rake care of my pup like she is their own. I have used them for boarding, grooming and dog daycare. Hailey is a fantastic groomer and the entire daycare team is great but Bev and Kyle always greet us with a smile and Caroline is wonderful about loving on my pup when getting her ready to go home. I highly recommend My Second Homr to anyone with a dog or cat.

We love My Second Home! Our dog is a regular at their doggy daycare but recently we boarded her there for 5 nights. Our flight was delayed coming home and My Second Home was extremely flexible and accommodating with extending our dog's stay. The staff is warm, kind and I get the sense they all genuinely love what they do. We are so pleased with this pet facility and highly recommend it to anyone looking for true pet care!

We have been taking our three dogs here for some time. When we board them, they are treated like kings. At daycare, which we do more often, they come home exhausted from all of the fun they have. Everyone at My Second Home is like a surrogate parent. I trust them with our dogs and know they are in safe and capable hands. THANK YOU to the staff, especially Bev, the daycare manager. You provide an OUTSTANDING service that is appreciated!
