I'm one of many regular customers of MSH and have been for 3 years. I travel very frequently and my dog boards and daycares here week after week after week. It literally is her second home and she loves it. Hundreds of stays here and I'm totally comfortable leaving her for the week. From my experience, the staff here loves dogs, are very conscientious about the health and safety of the dogs, and are completely reliable. I love, love , LOVE My Second Home. We used them when we had our St. Bernard and he was always so happy to see them(which always makes you feel better). He even "helped them work the front desk" when we came to pick him up. We since moved away and no have two dogs. I drive 30 min out of my way every Thursday just so the can go to daycare. The pups go nuts with excitement to see them and the staff is always so happy to see them. They even notice when they miss a week and trek them they missed them!! I absolutely love My Second Home and really don't understand any of the negative reviews below. My 80lb pit bull mix can be a lot to handle and when we discovered day care wasn't the best option for us there were other options to choose from like day board. Kemba is always so excited to see all the staff every time we go to "school" and you can tell they're just excited to see him. I have history working in both veterinary care and pet boarding and My Second Home is a rare gem. On the first day of daycare the staff sends you home with a report card and a photo titled "First Day of School." You would think that this extra level of detail and care would cost more, but no...the first day is actually free! On my dog's second day, a week later, they even remembered my pet's name! We love My Second Home!! Our two husky mixes come to MSH for daycare at least once a week - they get so excited as soon as we mention "school" in the morning, and we feel 100% confident that they are in great hands with the staff there. They always come home tired out from having so much fun (note: it takes a LOT of fun to tire out two high energy husky mixes!) and are often both asleep before we even get on the freeway. Everyone here is so kind and gentle working with our Annie. Annie is a rescue and we are working on her socialization. My Second Home jumped right in to help us. We've boarded her and used doggie day care with them. So far, a huge fan of both! She comes home exhausted from doggie day care and has already made new puppy friends. Thank you, My Second Home!

I have been taking my Dog Dylan to My Second Home for over 2 years. He was kicked out of another day care and boarding facility because they were small and not well trained. They said daycare was not for Dylan. My Second Home Staff have gone out of their way to make sure my guy is safe and comfortable and he always has a great stay. We have boarded him for up to 12 days and he comes home relaxed and ready to regroup. I trust their judgement about his care and play. Daycare! My dog loves attending the daycare program. She gets so exited when we pull up that she cannot wait to jump out of the car and into MSH (no joke!) She is a German Shorthaired Pointer and has lots of energy....so one day at daycare a week does wonders for her! She plays all day long with her pals (as I am informed when I pick her up)! Bev and the team do a great job. We love MSH daycare!

Update Nov 2015. Finally got everything worked out and all set with the management team. Took a little bit but they apologized for the hassle and all is good. All set to have our little guy there for Thanksgiving, so we're definitely giving them another chance. I know that companies mess up sometimes and that's ok... so long as they make it right.
