Having completed the program I have to say that I would not recommend this company. They did settle some accounts but between their fees and the 1099, I would have been much better off doing it on my own. I also am still trying to get one of the paid off settlements updated on my credit report. You can do it for free. Just call. Be polite and say I am having financial issues etc. Offer 40 % of the original debt. Ask them to send you a written statement of the proposal before you pay. I did this with two of my accounts that t... read more

I've worked with NDR for many months and never had an issue until today. They had "technical error" and withdrew funds that weren't scheduled from my account, and apparently may have withdrawn funds twice for some clients. It caused my account to overdraft, with the bank then assessing a $32 fee to my account. I called NDR and was told it was a system error and it could take up to 72 hours to have the funds returned. I received a similar email from them later, saying the same thing. In an instant they can make an unauthorize... read more

I want to give a warning to people looking to use this consolidation. I went into the program in 2016 and was under the assumption that half of my debt would be taken away and I would be done in 4 years maximum. I find out after 4 years that I still have a additional 6 months. I call to see what the deal is, and man did I learn a whole bunch that at the beginning really was not that clear. They tel me they are collecting 20percent of what my debt is, WOW.My debt was 77000 so do the math. Then I find out my debt was not settl... read more

I settled my account 10/2020 and was assured my creditors would be notified I received a letter from one of my creditors that they had no knowledge of my settlement and were proceeding with litigation I also had a settlement amount from ndr that was 300.00 more than I could settle poor customer service. Terrible experience

HORRIBLE! National Debt Relief (NDR )was supposed to help me to avoid Bankruptcy and get my debts paid off, instead, my credit score declined 300 points and two companies, one that they had a settlement agreement with, both accounts are charged off. They advised me to not pay anything, avoid all calls and contact with the creditors. I wrote a letter verbatim, explaining that I was in hardship due to medical reasons and I was attempting to avoid bankruptcy, hence please contact National Debt Relief, with their contact informa... read more

I was skeptical when I first signed up, but as time progressed my doubts have been removed. I’ve had multiple summons to court and having them settled with arbitrators from this company so that I just have to agree on the deal already made wit NDR. Simple to understand, readily available when I call, would definitely refer this program/business to others.

I have signed up with their program for two years now with 5 of my credit cards. they only started paying one card at a time and i constantly pay them $460/month. now that two of my cards have filed court cases against me and this company did nothing to help. this company keep insisting that they can only negotiate one card at a time since i didnt give them a pile of money at once. They want me to pay more than 80% of the card debt i gave them (the an agreement says they will reduce it to 50%) and 23% of the their negotiatio... read more

I was very disappointed in the way I was treated . The guarantee was miss leading. they take money out of your account without your knowledge or permission. an they lost track off the court order payment to the account . Money turned up missing an they wanted me to replace it. This is a scam for the elderly please stay away from them....
