I signed on with this company a year ago. So far they have negotiated four cards at about 50%. Then they stopped all negotiations as they are paying themselves only for the next six months. Did not see that coming. There are still several cards that have received no money in that year. When I started this program, I had never been late on a payment, so stopping cold turkey was hard on my self worth not to mention my credit rating,. Waiting until February 2021 for cards to receive any more money seems harsh. Don't really know... read more

These people called me today and walked me through a long process of disclosing my unpaid credit card balances to them. Luckily the phone call was interrupted and I didn't go all the way with the process. DO NOT DO THIS! It will ruin your credit rating. Get a loan through a credit union to pay off debts. This is not the way to go! The numbers they give you to call them back are completely fictitious. Don't trust them.

My spouse and I are retired, and with COVID , we found ourselves in some moderate debt. I called this company based on a 5 star rating I saw on a website. (I should have read the complaints first.) A representative called me (his name starts with V) and I found him to be extremely untactful, insensitive, argumentative and accusatory. I talked to him twice, the first time I informed him I needed to hang up to check something out. When I called him back he gave me then I called him back to ask a couple of other questions. He t... read more

Do not use this company. You will find nothing but poor business practices and misrepresentations aimed at the company making money rather than saving you money and helping. If you are looking for debt relief do not sign up with National Debt Relief or a for profit organization. I signed up for National Debt Relief and it was a bad decision. You end up paying a high percentage of the debts settle. Money that could go to actually paying debt down if you use a not for profit organization like Apprisen Credit and Debt Counselin... read more

Pathetic group of negotiators. They wait 6-12 months before contacting them while. They charge 25-30% fees for “negotiating” your debt down with the creditors. **** seems to be only ones that really negotiates. ******** I paid 101% of my debt ******** I paid 99.4% **** ** ******* I paid 89.2% I don’t recommend them unless **** is the only ones you owe money too

I've been in the program for about 9 mos. I had 4 credit cards maxed out & owed about $12,000. The plan they put me on stretched me to the limit. As my other bills, like utilities got higher, they can't reduce my payments & extend my time line. I've forwarded offers to NDR that I have received from my creditors offering to pay off $3000 debt for $1500, but they only settle one credit card at a time. They start with the most expensive debt, and they don't settle that debt until you pay the amount they are settling for plus th... read more

After reading reviews I thought this was the route for me. I was in this program around a year and a half. They convince you that most companies will settle your debt for 50% or less and they charge you 20%. That definitely wasn't the case. I enrolled 7 credit cards with NDR. First you have to stop paying on them. So this ruins your credit. In this time 2 of the 7 cards got settled. A 3rd was set up on a payment plan for more then I owed plus the fees to NDR. Once Covid hit the government took my job. NDR said I could miss 2... read more

This company is horrible and is treating me poorly. I am one year and a half in the program and still no settlement, They never call me, never update me. I paid off all my debt with them. They have all the money to settle and nothing has been done. They continue to charge me fees and continue to ask me monthly payment even if I paid them everything I owe. So my money is with them and they don't pay my creditors. How about that? They even called me one month ago to ask me if I wanted a loan to pay off my debt and increase my ... read more
