I’ve been a client for 7 months and feel like I’m going nowhere, actually I feel like I’m going backwards. I’ve actually paid them more than my debt. I’m bummed I chose them and not someone else. This is just a scam.

I went from disaster to manageable. I'm so bummed I'm in this situation but at least NDR has my back. Very Grateful. I'm sorry to the credit card companies. This was not intentional. Thank you NDR.

I feel as though I was sold to opt in on the program with strong affirmation proving false that I would be debt-free within the year, and my credit would stabilize. True, I did add some debt after I signed on with the program, but I also added plenty of extra payments for the additional $700 or so. I’m now over a year into the program, my credit score is at an all time low (so I’m unable to be provided funding for a house purchase), and each time I call in for a resolution status, I’m given little to no information at all, w... read more

I should have got more information as I never missed a payment in over 30 years I was just in over my head with CC debt. After going with NDR my credit is ruined plus it takes them for ever it was the biggest mistake I ever made and I regret it everyday but I’m screwed now. However they take their fee as soon as they get a settlement rather than take it at the end. They make sure to line their pockets at your expense. I think they prey on people in heavy CC debt.

Business response:

It sounds like your experience was less than ideal. We always strive for excellent client experiences – is there any way we can make this right? We’ll will be reaching out shortly, but you can also call us directly at ************.

The increase in monthly amount to cover a settlement was an unpleasant surprise. I wouldn’t be here if I weren’t in dire financial straights, and this is an unwelcome setback. Hope it’s the last!!!

Been in the program for 9 months and still don’t have a resolution to several accounts. Very disappointing when I was told before I signed up that the process takes 6 months. I have made several attempts to contact them for assistance with no resolutions.

Business response:

Thank you so much for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, and we’ll be reaching out shortly in order to make things right. You can also call us directly at *************
