I would not recommend this service. You are better off working directly with the creditors yourself. I am embarrassed to admit that I went down this path, but hopefully in doing so I can help someone else. Two years in the program, thousands of dollars later, only two debts were resolved. The fees are high and they charge multiple fees for one debt when broken down into payments, so you can end up paying just as much to them as you would your debtors. How they describe the program is no where near the services you receive. T... read more

National Debt Relief has been a life saver - at 23 I had accumulated $26000 in debt because I was young with no self control and didn’t know any better, and then I bought my first home and had to make a decision about my enormous amount of debt to ensure I would be able to afford my mortgage. National Debt Relief was able to settle all of my debt for about half of what I originally owed, and my payment to them was about $400 lower than what I was paying monthly on all of my individual accounts. Yes, your credit is a trainwre... read more

Thank you! The team here at National Debt Relief is thrilled to hear such great feedback, and we’re proud to be your partners on the road to a brighter financial future.
Absolutely awful experience. How anyone gets out of debt is beyond me - seriously. I accumulated over $1100 to pay off two creditors and NDR gave one $10.00 and another $100 and kept $990 for themselves for fees. Something that was NOT fully covered during enrollment and when I inquired about this, they were condescending and wouldn’t budge. It seems rational to them that this is how people get out of debt - you accumulated money only to pay them first, not your creditors. What’s worse is that one creditor that offered a set... read more

Called them to see if I could get some information as to how their service worked to help with my mom's credit issues. Even though I gave them my name they insisted on having my mother's information. When I told them I did not want to give them that information due to my mother's memory problems they continued to insist. I did not want them calling her and trying to talk her into buying their service. We have had issues with that in the past. Keep in mind this was not to use their service but to get some general information.... read more

Took $1771.00 from my account after I told my husband and I told them we didn’t have the money to pay them at the time. Both my husband and I told him NO! Months later a check comes for 1362.55 ok where’s the 408.45?! You didn’t pay my debt off you closed my account because I closed mine I would have never even known had you not sent me a check so where’s the rest?! The last refused to tell me what it went to?! So did you get paid or did my bills get paid because they all still want the same amount of money as before?! So yo... read more
