After my 1st 8 months I think your doing a great job but I have to be truthful after reading most of your reviews from others participating in the program im a little concerned because the reviews I’m reading are very negative and most suggest they they have been ripped off by NDR and quit the program that’s not what one wants to hear while giving you a monthly amount of money that’s in some cases very hard to come up with but in my case your doing a great job and until I feel otherwise I’m going to trust that you will do th... read more
Rough at the start. Running on an even keel right now. Hope for no hidden snags toward the end. Time will tell. All phone calls were always answered to my satisfaction.
After discussing a debt in depth and what to do about it --- it was not enrolled in my program, like it was supposed to have been and now has become a judgement against me by a Law Firm .... Beyond frustrated about it because I had paid part of it off and quit making payments as that is what I was instructed to do. I now incurred an additional $440 fee from the Law Firm. I have been with NDR for 6 months now and they are doing exactly what they said they would do !!
I was laid off twice in one year and tried very hard to get back to where I was; however, no matter what I did or cut back on it never worked for me. I couldn't be more grateful of the help National Debt Relief, LLC has given me to already pay off 3 credit cards and I only started in December of 2019. The only thing I don't care for is that it hurts your credit and all you are trying to do is better yourself and in the end it damages you all together!
Went to NDR vulnerable, in debt, depressed, amongst other things. I was told me they could and would help based on my personal circumstances and hardships. After paying my monthly commitment for approximately 2 years, they tell you that you've graduated and refer you to liberty lending as a graduation present. They sell it to you by telling you its great because they have more negotiation power with the creditors, will be able to settle the debt faster, which will in turn allow one the opportunity to rebuild credit sooner. This is a classic rip off site. They offer a loan to consolidate you debt, but switch to a debt consolidation plan where the make thousands. It is the classic bate and switch. Oh come to us for a 5.99 interest loan, and then oh we can settle you debt and you pay less and we get 17% interest on the difference. Do not be fooled by theses rip off artist

Company did not do anything that they said they would do. They illegally charged fees when they did absolutely no work. I called numerous times over a 6+ month period to get updates and they did not do any work or any of my accounts. I personally called and settled all my debt after thinking this company would help after our circumstances threw us through a loop. Instead, this company did nothing but cause me stress, refused to do anything then let my accounts sit for 8 months and then tried to tell me they deserved several ... read more
