National Debit Relief charged me a of fee of $213.28 which I was told it was processed as part of their negotiations fee. National Debt Relief begin collecting fees for themselves first, once you have been approved and agree on a settlement offer from one of your debits listed on your account. You will save money and do better if you call your debit collectors and ask for a settlement offer yourself. I canceled my National Debit Relief account upon reviewing my monthly statements and I want my money back please!.

National Debt Relief is a scam. Do NOT do business with them. They did indeed settle with 2 creditors, However, they told me the fee to do that was $2,000. I would of been better off if I had just paid them in full and left out of NDR. Company is a total scam in my opinion. Don't do business with them....Run away from these scam artist!!

Business response:

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience, and we want to thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We take client satisfaction very seriously.

I am having the same horrid experience with NDR. I was told 24 months and no fees until creditors were paid. WRONG! They make your situation worse, the hidden fees, the calls 10 times a day and then the calls back to them because somehow you "missed your settlement offer". They prey on people in desperate times. I've added up all the fees and interestingly enough, the fee total is almost identical to the settlement total thus far! Now 24 months is 48 months and they are even paying one of my creditors $1.00 a month!!!! BUT T... read more

When I signed-up with NDR on early Jan. 2020 I was told that they will reduce my total debts by minimum of 50%. When I was reading the fine lines there was disclosure about their 18% fee. When I asked them they have told me that not to worry it is included in my monthly payment. However, after I have deposited more than $5000 in the account I noticed that there was a withdraw of more than $4,600 from the account under the "Customer Fee". I called them to ask what is the charge is for? They told me that they have just negotia... read more

So far so good. But I still have two years to go. Stay tune for what happens .

Business response:

National Debt Reflief saved my life. They where so easy to work with and helped my stress level to become nonexistent ( I was very leery because I could not talk or see someone face to face.) and they went beyond to help me meet my goal !

I had an account with them, it was taking 2 years to pay off 1 credit card. I decided to just pay it all at once and protect my credit. They are supposed to refund me my $1,800.00 in 3-5 business days. I’ll update this then, to see if they returned my money.

Incompetent at best and completely dishonest at worst. I had 3 credit cards and about $30,0000 that I needed to resolve debt with and enlisted this company’s help. I was told they were “in constant contact” with my creditors only to find out months in that the largest creditor wasn’t even aware I was using this company’s assistance. Every time I talked with a representative of this company the story changed in order to keep me in the program. I had already paid $1700 in fees to settle one credit card, so I pushed through to ... read more

I would like to think I would have more than 2 accounts settled by now. I am waiting anxiously for more accounts to be settled by now. Specifically the accounts that are $1000 or less, like ****** *** **** *** ********* *** ******* *** *** ******* ** *****
