So far two of four are being settled but the other two seem to be a problem and I am not kept up-to-date regarding their progress.

So far they have settled 2 of my cards and I'm hoping they will settle at least 2 or more when these are paid off.
I have been using company for 3 years (that was the time I was given to resolve the debt and I put additonal funds in several times in addition to the large deposit of a year ago.) and there is one creditor that has not been resolved at all-same place it was three years ago. In addition, I put $3,000 extra dollars in the account a year ago with the promise that they would pay off creditors more quickly. NOPE! Held on to the money and charged me service fees every month anyway. When they tell you bigger depostis will result i... read more

Much like others have said, this company lies and scams. I realized that this program wasn't going to get me anywhere and one of my creditors sued me. So I went the route of bankruptcy. I told them in the fall I was in the process. They talked me into keeping my account "open" until the bankruptcy was filed in case it didn't go through but they would stop taking out fees. December came around and they took $500. I called them, saying they just caused my account to bounce and I was filing bankruptcy. The person I talked to sa... read more
Very disappointed with National Debt Relief. I completed the program, primarily on my own. I had two creditors to settle with. The first they somewhat helped with. It had to go through a lawyer that I was referred to from NDR. My second creditor would not work with NDR. I would get no correspondence from NDR on this. I ended up working with the creditor myself to come to an agreement. Since I "helped myself" because NDR could not help with the second creditor, NDR said that I did not meet the terms of the program and they wo... read more

Lied to me about fees. Lied to me about what they'd be able to do. High pressure calls telling me I had no choice but to keep increasing my monthly payments, up to 4k a month. Never disclosed how much their fees were. They harrassed me, calling, texting and emailing up to 8 times a day. Finally had to cancel program after they charged me 6k and only paid 2.5k of my debt. They refused to give a refund for unapplied money they were holding for me.
I was a customer of NDR for about 3 years and intended to write this review after I left the program in 2019. In my experience the only thing this company can do is temporarily help you to feel you have your debts under control. In reality, they charge a percentage of the total amount they settle each of your debts for "negotiating" the settlement, and, they charge monthly "administrative" fees in addition to this. Negotiating debt settlements consists of waiting until your accounts go into extreme default, and you may be su... read more
I was scammed by this company. No matter what you do, DO NOT use them. They tell you they will settle on your behalf with no interest rate, what they don't say is that they will skim THOUSANDS off the top. Their practices are criminal and are in litigation right now.

I was a client of this company. Back in August of 2019 I was told by them, after I decided to exit the program that I had one payment to make and that was it. Not the case at all. Just recently they took a substantial amount of cash out of my bank account. And they assured me back in august that my account was closed. wrong!. What a hassle I went through with this company.
