I have had satisfactory service from Nationwide. In the course of about five years I have needed to file 3 claims and each of them turned out well for me in the end. Not to say that I didn’t have to have all of my paperwork in order and know what to ask for, but I found the people at Nationwide are trained on how to help me, and willing to help me. I called at 8:30 for a tow for my husband, we have road side. They already got him and brought him home before 10pm! When I had progressive I called them at 1pm and they still hadn't gotten to my husband and I at 9pm! To say I am thoroughly impressed with Nationwide is an understatement! So glad I made the switch! Thank you for giving me peace of mind that my husband and i's vehicles will always be in safe hands!

Nationwide home insurance is the best. Specially Mr.L** very understandable , attentive an friendly. I got fast solution for my property and I will be a fore ever customer for Nationwide with all my properties. Its so sweet of Nationwide to help me eventhough I have been a customer only for 1yr. I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance for several months now. At first, it was difficult to get claims addressed within a decent timeframe. However, in the last 3 months, Nationwide has been fantastic about addressing claims quickly. They have been a lifesaver in assisting with the health of my pet. Very grateful for their willingness to improve their process to better serve customers so quickly!

Nationwide will have your back on mayhem. They covered hail and wind damage on my roof in a very proficient and incredible way. Got the check immediately. Really Trustworthy.

Our home was hit by a tornado on Memorial Day. Although we had a few hiccups with insurance at first, the adjuster adjuster that came out to assess property damage and the adjuster for personal loss have been wonderful! Both have followed up with us numerous times to make sure things are going well and we don't need anything. Both adjusters have been easy to contact and respond quickly to any questions we have. They have made this difficult situation much easier by their expertise and compassion.
