I have had satisfactory service from Nationwide. In the course of about five years I have needed to file 3 claims and each of them turned out well for me in the end. I called at 8:30 for a tow for my husband, we have road side. They already got him and brought him home before 10pm! When I had progressive I called them at 1pm and they still hadn't gotten to my husband and I at 9pm! To say I am thoroughly impressed with Nationwide is an understatement! So glad I made the switch! Thank you for giving me peace of mind that my husband and i's vehicles will always be in safe hands!
