Nationwide will have your back on mayhem. They covered hail and wind damage on my roof in a very proficient and incredible way. Got the check immediately. Really Trustworthy.
Our home was hit by a tornado on Memorial Day. Although we had a few hiccups with insurance at first, the adjuster adjuster that came out to assess property damage and the adjuster for personal loss have been wonderful! Both have followed up with us numerous times to make sure things are going well and we don't need anything. Both adjusters have been easy to contact and respond quickly to any questions we have. They have made this difficult situation much easier by their expertise and compassion.

I've been dealing with Bob & Terry @ Nationwide for 3 years and their professionalism, timeliness, and knowledge is simply fantastic. I just can't say enough good this about they way they handle every aspect this account. I highly-highly recommend them!!
An Angel that helped me resolve an Injury Claim Settlement. That is how I would describe Amanda. She is one outstanding lady that went above and beyond the call of duty. Nationwide owes Amanda and a raise should be forth coming!! Without question, I would highly recommend Nationwide for all your insurance needs. My hat is off to Amanda H****!!
I have had Nationwide Auto Insurance for over 15 years, and I have never had a problem. When my car was hit by a drunk driver, Nationwide paid for the repairs and then they in turn, went after the other insurance company for reimbursement. Within a matter of a week, I had my own car back, fixed like new. Thank you Nationwide!

I am deeply disappointed with Nationwide. Despite negative reviews, I started the process of joining in September based on a siblings recommendation. Previously, a vet noted my cat had lost weight and diagnosed stomatitis. I accepted that this dental issue was pre-existing when my policy started on 10/21.Later, a specialist re-diagnosed the dental issue as simple gingivitis, but bloodwork revealed a new illness: idiopathic hypercalcemia. I have had the absolute worst experience with Nationwide claims. If you are a single person, especially female, do not even bother with this insurancI feel like this company is sexist and when they heard a female on the line they assume youre an idiot and give you the bare minimum. I had the contractor they sent and one that I had come out and they both agreed about all the things that got damaged. They said I needed a new roof ceiling needed fixed just a lot. Claimed I had paint peeling on a few bricks that was a safety hazard. The same paint was peeling when they 1st gave me my policy and they cancelled me. Sorry not fixing something that was already like that. They accessed my back yard on the side Without my permission or knowledge, it is not somewhere that they couldve seen with a drone.
