Nationwide will have your back on mayhem. They covered hail and wind damage on my roof in a very proficient and incredible way. Got the check immediately. Really Trustworthy.

Our home was hit by a tornado on Memorial Day. Although we had a few hiccups with insurance at first, the adjuster adjuster that came out to assess property damage and the adjuster for personal loss have been wonderful! Both have followed up with us numerous times to make sure things are going well and we don't need anything. Both adjusters have been easy to contact and respond quickly to any questions we have. They have made this difficult situation much easier by their expertise and compassion.

I've been dealing with Bob & Terry @ Nationwide for 3 years and their professionalism, timeliness, and knowledge is simply fantastic. I just can't say enough good this about they way they handle every aspect this account. I highly-highly recommend them!!

An Angel that helped me resolve an Injury Claim Settlement. That is how I would describe Amanda. She is one outstanding lady that went above and beyond the call of duty. Nationwide owes Amanda and a raise should be forth coming!! Without question, I would highly recommend Nationwide for all your insurance needs. My hat is off to Amanda H****!!

I have had Nationwide Auto Insurance for over 15 years, and I have never had a problem. When my car was hit by a drunk driver, Nationwide paid for the repairs and then they in turn, went after the other insurance company for reimbursement. Within a matter of a week, I had my own car back, fixed like new. Thank you Nationwide!

NATIONWIDE IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE! We bought a brand new vehicle in 2024, and it was totaled in a wreck that was no fault to us. We have used nationwide for atleast 10 years and have had GAP insurance on all three of our new vehicles. Clearly, none of this means anything to Nationwide Insurance, since they gave us LESS than ***** Blue Book value for the two year old totaled vehicle. The first offer wasnt even enough to pay off the remaining amount in our loan! We could not wait to continue fighting the issue of a settlement due... read more

Nationwide has clearly chosen to have good metrics but making it impossible to speak to someone. Daily they call to tell me to call them and verify info to complete the transaction. When I call back, the system insists I do not have an account and hangs up. I attempted to message the company on social media but they dont accept messages. Next up, a complaint to the state attorney general.

After 38 years and 90 dollars a month nationwide wants to raise it to 700 a month for my life insurance, they sold us a junk policy years ago
