Nationwide will have your back on mayhem. They covered hail and wind damage on my roof in a very proficient and incredible way. Got the check immediately. Really Trustworthy.
Our home was hit by a tornado on Memorial Day. Although we had a few hiccups with insurance at first, the adjuster adjuster that came out to assess property damage and the adjuster for personal loss have been wonderful! Both have followed up with us numerous times to make sure things are going well and we don't need anything. Both adjusters have been easy to contact and respond quickly to any questions we have. They have made this difficult situation much easier by their expertise and compassion.

An Angel that helped me resolve an Injury Claim Settlement. That is how I would describe Amanda. She is one outstanding lady that went above and beyond the call of duty. Nationwide owes Amanda and a raise should be forth coming!! Without question, I would highly recommend Nationwide for all your insurance needs. My hat is off to Amanda H****!!
I have had Nationwide Auto Insurance for over 15 years, and I have never had a problem. When my car was hit by a drunk driver, Nationwide paid for the repairs and then they in turn, went after the other insurance company for reimbursement. Within a matter of a week, I had my own car back, fixed like new. Thank you Nationwide!

This company has deceptive practice. We opened a life insurance for my wife for 1M. Had a cash value of $8000, we then experience a financial disruptions and couldn't pay for few months. They decided to pay their fees and premium by taking out from the cash value. No pause but take out from cash value. We ended up with $4600 left in cash value. So, we reached out to reduce the costs. They assured us we will not loose cash value if changed to 500k coverage and lower monthly payments. They took all of our cash value in the pro... read more

Worst home insurance company when filling a claim. In ********, **** and ****** are the worst. They never answer their phone or respond to emails. And when you do get ahold of them, they say theyll give you an update the same day, which 1-3 days go by before you get that update. They dont care about the quality of repairs you receive.
