Nationwide will have your back on mayhem. They covered hail and wind damage on my roof in a very proficient and incredible way. Got the check immediately. Really Trustworthy.
Our home was hit by a tornado on Memorial Day. Although we had a few hiccups with insurance at first, the adjuster adjuster that came out to assess property damage and the adjuster for personal loss have been wonderful! Both have followed up with us numerous times to make sure things are going well and we don't need anything. Both adjusters have been easy to contact and respond quickly to any questions we have. They have made this difficult situation much easier by their expertise and compassion.

An Angel that helped me resolve an Injury Claim Settlement. That is how I would describe Amanda. She is one outstanding lady that went above and beyond the call of duty. Nationwide owes Amanda and a raise should be forth coming!! Without question, I would highly recommend Nationwide for all your insurance needs. My hat is off to Amanda H****!!
I have had Nationwide Auto Insurance for over 15 years, and I have never had a problem. When my car was hit by a drunk driver, Nationwide paid for the repairs and then they in turn, went after the other insurance company for reimbursement. Within a matter of a week, I had my own car back, fixed like new. Thank you Nationwide!

They would not renew coverage when we moved to a different state because we once filed a very small homeowner's claim ($2K for water damage) after paying into the policy for YEARS. They are unethical crooks. They also would not renew our auto insurance for one of our vehicles, which happens to be a van, because they decided that it was now an RV, based on a photo of the van with some bikes inside it. This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. Insured my home and auto through Nationwide. In January, I changed my auto policy from monthly to 6-month full pay. They cancelled my auto-pay without notice, then my auto policy got cancelled because I didn't get the notice letter in time. Then they told me to kick rocks when I asked if they could reinstate the policy 2 days after they cancelled even though I wanted to pay 6 months in full. I'll be moving my home insurance far away from this horrible company.

We were Nationwide Pet Insurance customers for nearly 10 years and were happy with the coverage. Once our dog reached a certain age, Nationwide dropped his policy and did not offer any alternative plan.Because we were forced to move to a different insurer, any bloodwork that was even slightly out of range is now treated as a pre-existing condition.
