Someone stole my moving truck and the adjuster from nationwide they put on my case and her manager have been slow to respond to emails and questions or just non responsive. They have handled this situation with no professionalism and sense of urgency knowing that we lost EVERYTHING we owned except for the bag of clothes we moved with.
This insurance is a rip off and no one takes it do not do business with this company!
They have been playing games and lying to me few weeks now. If I look on my profile my contact information is correct, and they've contacted me on my cell phone previously. Now all of a sudden they have the wrong number. They also have my email address, but wouldn't make the effort to use it. I spoke to a manager and he just made excuses. At this point I'm over this company. I've had this policy for almost 10 years. I've had my cell phone number for over 10 years.

We have auto insurance with Nationwide that includes roadside assistance. My wife's battery died so we called the number listed. We were sent a text connecting to an APP. The app connects with a 3rd party roadside assistance. The app showed the tow truck driver had arrived within 5 minutes but in fact no-one arrived for another 15 minutes. After six months trying to retrieve my 401k it took over 20 phone calls, Multiple ************* excuses to get my money.Its been one of the Worse company I had to dealth with even wrote to ceo never got back to me.

Pet insurance policy was in force for 5 years at $900.00 annually. This year the annual price was doubled to$1650.00. When I called about the huge premium increase I was told this policy is not being not being offered any longer because it doesnt make any money. Those of us who have the policy will have to pay the huge increase to keep it, nationwide would not tell me how much the policy would increase in the future. Had a Nation wide customer hit my trailer which was parked. Nice guy called nationwide to report, things moved along, claims agent (*****) said to my.. why would you fix that? Sorry *****.. new this trailer is over $100.000 by the way, it was a small claim($2500.00) ***** agreed to pay mileage to and from the repair facility. I was turned over to a collection agency for a **** by ex-husband owed. I provided all information to prove I did not have ANY ownership in the home during the time in question. I was the primary holder of the policy when the policy was generated so I am on the hook and I have been reported to the credit bureau. Started out I had a slab leak, for which the customer service rep was very helpful. After repairing the sewer system, I was told it would have to settle for 6 months before foundation repair. After 6 months, I reached out and was passed from one rep to another to another. The last one is worthless. No return phone calls or emails.
