Talked to the adjuster for a claim that the other party was at fault. The adjuster *********************** was very rude and accused me that it was my fault based on the other persons false account

If I could give a ZERO, I would. The Nationwide pet insurance part of this business did not stand by their contract. It is not good enough for my animals. I would never recommend this pet insurance to anyone at any time.

Very poor client service. We had a major plumbing repair and it has been 3 months - after the plumbing repair was complete - that we still have not been able to restore our house to its original conditions as stated in our homeowner insurance claim.

My house sustained significant water damage from an access valve on the back of my toilet that broke while I was traveling out of state. It flooded my house with ****** gallons of water over a 10 days. They have made an already stressful situation worse and more costly than it needed to be, by first sending out a "water mitigation crew" that actually does not specialize in restoration or water mitigation. This crew caused more damage to my home and more conflict with my insurance company than if it had been handled properly ... read more

I called them a total of 5 times trying to cancel auto policy. I found something that was more in my financial situation then what they were. First I had a dude call me and try to threaten me with insurance fraud. I called back to say I still want my policy cancelled. They were supposed to send the cancellation documents and never did. I used the same address with the new company. They just found ways to make it more affordable for me. First off, This review system is off. There should be negative stars available. I had to score a one star when I feel its closer to negative 5. As employees, of companies that do business with Nationwide retirement solutions, we have no choice other than not to participate in saving to the 401k system. If you choose t participate, know this. Apply for loans months ahead of when you may need the funds. Do not trust the emails stating loan approved and disbursement will take 2-3 business days for direct deposit. I cannot begin to properly articulate how much I dislike this carrier. I expressed my frustration to Nationwide and I shall continue to express it to anyone who will listen. Primarily, they take cancellation steps WITHOUT putting any warnings/notifications on their customer website. A customer does not know what is occurring UNLESS the customers agent notifies the customer. I updated my auto payment via Nationwide App and for whatever reason it didn't save. I was charged $60 in fees for payment not going through. Nationwide resolved $30 fee but would not refund remaining $30 for their app not working. I spent 40 minutes on phone with zero help.
