I've been with Nationwide since early ****s both home and auto. The problem is the last 5 years both policies have gone up close to 20%. No major claims and I raised my deductibles to offset premium increases. Just paid my auto premium and my rate is going up 16% next month. That's enough!!! Changing to Safeco and will save 20% on both policies with lower deductibles.I guess it costs mucho to pay ***************************.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I had a 401k with Nationwide at a former employer. I asked for a check to be sent to my home for the proceeds of my 401k in January, 2021, and I never received the check. After 14 months of NW not following up with me (no letter, phone call, or email - Ive had the same contact info for 10 years), they claimed to have sent my uncashed check to another company for processing on 3/16/22 and Nationwide reps said they could not help me. I needed to get money from my 401 K investment fund. It took Nationwide 22 days to receive my money. They have third party handlers. They all push it off on the other parties. The nationwide operators are unconcerned about your needs. **************** no longer exists here. Dont bother putting your money in a company that losses money on your portfolio. The worst financial investment firm ever!!!!

If I had the option to leave a zero I would. They do not even deserve one star. One of the worse insurance companies I have ever been with. Such a scam, slogans such as Nationwide is on your side, they should say Nationwide is not on your side. Suits it better. They're horrible. Read their exclusions VERY CAREFULLY. Basically nothing is covered. Hip dysplasia? Sorry. Torn CCL? You're on your own. Paid 5 years for this c*** insurance. What a complete waste of my money. Go somewhere else.
Biggest pet insurance racket out of the whole crooked industry. Bent over backward to find a way to not cover anything. It was pointless, it was costing me more money to pay them to tell me they wouldnt cover anything that to just pay it myself. What an utter scam. Ill never recommend them for anything after the way i was scammed by their pet insurance. Every curse word comes to mind when thinking of their "service"
I had to deal with 2 adjusters who never care at all for my claim . I have to constantly call them text,email . Always took over 2 weeks to get an answer to 1 question if it was even answered .They did not help me at all . All they did was bring all different services to my house (service pro , home restoration ) they even found me a rental house but I didnt realize that they would rank up the **** to a total of almost 100k which I only got like 5% for replace more than half of the items in my house that they threw always ! ... read more
1 star is too many. Horrible pet insurance business. Nothing is covered. Finally cancelled after my 6th invoice having $0 coverage. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

This is the worst insurance company Ive ever done business with. Nationwide has had my home and auto for 3 years now. They have just informed me that my auto is increasing from $239 to $463. The only thing I have had is a claim after someone else hit my car. The other insurance paid for repair. There is no reason and this is bad business and proves no loyalty to their customers.
