The absolute worst. There adjuster are not knowledgeable at all when dealing with your claims. I had an uninsured motorist claim for my Texas auto policy and the adjuster did not know how loss of use works! I also presented proof for a diminished value claim and Nationwide did not want to honor the amount owed. They do not have Fair Claim Settlement practices as they will lowball you and feel they do not need to show proof of how they obtained their numbers! Don't waste your time or money. They constantly deny claims but can't explain why and have gotten outrageously price. Dogs insurance is more expensive than mine! It's also really not worth the price for a normal healthy dog. End up spending more on yearly insurance vs what is actually spent on the animal, unless they get major issues after the policy is in stated. I have make a claim one they costumer wreck my semi truck my business is shot down and no one answer my calls bad company

First time dealing with filing a nationwide auto claim the experience has been abysmal with lack of promptness, communication and updates. The claim was started 30 days ago and continues to not be resolved. I have been in a nationwide customer for several years and was involved in a car accident. The other party has accepted liability and I was given the option to file total loss (my vehicle was deemed a total loss) with either my insurance company (nationwide) or the person accepting liability. I want to think Nationwide for not destroying me but taking my life yes I said taking my life I said I would die for the truth and that's exactly what I'm doing you are guilty with him until proven innocent I was found guilty on two accidents I did not commit which is sinful they are not on your side goodbye

988152-GN happened November 20th today I'm trying to find a way to work no rental. No update on my truck..... The salesman while getting on phone asking for what beer he wanted then told me his lap top was down and didnt think he could get me a car in time from enterprise with ten minutes to work with didn't happen. Amazing full week I'd like to refunded the money I'm paying people to drive me around and wow shame on your company.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase. Their pet insurance is a complete scam.At this point they are tying incidents to a condition that doesn't exist. They know it and yet their response to me is that I can just cancel my policy at any time.They are frauding the American customer.

I could not get this company to cancel a policy for me after 5 attempts. Instead of canceling my policy when I asked, they canceled it for non payment and sent me to collections.

their travel insurance is a complete scam - do not buy their travel insurance EVER. scum.
