I filed a claim with Next Insurance about damage done to my floor upon delivery of appliances by *** *** *********. The company refused to answer the inquiry, so the insurance company dropped the claim. Completely arrogant, cheats and worthless as *** *** was. Refusal to go forward simply allows the company to damage anything and suffer NO repercussions whatsoever and leave the customer to pay for the damage themselves.

This company has some serious internal issues. I have been an auto policy holder since ****, a homeowners policy holder since 2010. I have always been a faithful customer despite rate hikes and policy changes because for all other claims they came through and in a big way. I neglected to mention that the food reimbursements have been inconsistent. In a long term type of situation they should be granting me an allowance based on GOVT per deim rate for my locale.

This is the worst company ever do not go with Nationwide insurance. If anything happens to you like a collision they will do no investigation and they will find you at fault within days the first time that they did it to me they found me a fault and after I did the investigation myself then they were able to reverse the determination and they did find me to be 100% not at fault. I have Nationwide homeowners insurance. I had a leak in my roof, which caused damage to my ceiling. My roof, by the way, is only two years old and pristine. But they denied the claim because...the roof has been apparently neglected. Just another crooked insurance company doing everything they can to not just take your money every month, but then stick you with the **** when it's time for them to actually do something.

Awful! Scammers! Unethical! Ive never nationwide but the person who hit my car did. The day of my accident a rep named ****** rushed me into signing paperwork that would void my medical assistance as she knew I was under the influence of heavy meds and loopy. I had a 3 day clause that would still help me be covered and they did not honor it. Then I worked with her managed named *******, who refused to review the recorded call and help me to get seen for the accident. I give them a zero if I could ,I had a roof leak and it damaged my ceiling then about a year later I was painting my windows outside and noticed damage also around the windows .So why didn't the adjustor notice ? Bad inspection was done now I have to spend my own money to fix it

Very misleading company. Just want your monthly payments but won't cover any costs. This is regarding pet insurance.

I have received 20 calls from Allied Insurance today, 8 of which were withing the same minute. This has been reported to **** Call Protect. This is ridiculous started at 11:01 this morning and so far has gone til 4:01 pm

4 roofing professionals including adjusting service sent out by Nationwide indicated significant hail damage on roof, gutters, downspouts, deck, garage door. Nationwide sent out engineer who wouldn't examine total roof due to slope and said normal wear and tear. Nationwide chose to use his report, disregarding the others.
