The customer service is terrible the fact you all allowed this tow company to drop my car then these representatives telling me they are pass that is very insensitive. I have a finished basement apartment. On 9/1/2021 sewer in that apartment started backing up. I have pictures and multiple videos showing water gushing out the toilet, sink and bathtub (I'll share them with anyone who is interested, especially media and regulators). Signed up for homeowners insurance through progressive and ended up with these clowns. They sent an inspector to the house, he was very nice, who pointed out a few things that needed to be addressed. The previous homeowner's were in the middle of a bathroom remodel when we bought the house. I addressed every item other than the bathroom as we are having a professional complete the project. I cancelled my insurance on the 18 of August and they went and took out $212.47 on the 23rd. Now they refuse to refund me that money.
My siblings filed a claim for a vehicle she *****, has police report provided to insurance company of incident. ************************* with nationwide called me, interrogated me, multiple times, upset me my nerves, and emotions (this was in a incident I wasn't involved in, in anyway. (again police report provided) trying to wiggle out of paying for coverage clearly provided. Nationwide js why my coverage has been with farm bureau for over a decade and I have never had any issues.
They do not care to go above and beyond for their customers but still expect to get paid. Theyll deny your claim and shut you out like youre a criminal.
Id give 0 stars if I could. Short of the long.. I canceled a renter policy and was due a refund. A month later my check still has not arrived. Come to find out the sent it to the wrong address. How? When I canceled the policy I said what address to send the refund to. My policy was issued for the address the check was suppose to go to. The billing was listed with the address the check was to go to. Yet somehow it went to my old address. Now they need to cancel that check, request, process and issue a new one. Nationwide Pet Insurance is a complete rip-off. They give criminals a bad name. They play the typical delay games of insurance companies everywhere, and then they pay pennies on the dollar if they pay at all. And their payment method is also shady. You are given a short window of time (10 days) to jump through more online hoops just to collect the pennies that they want to throw at you. You have to waste time creating new online accounts, and create profiles, and then add policy information, all to collect the measly amounts... read more
