I just got my bill and I have only been living in my apartment for 6 weeks and my bill is $435! If I had known my electricity and water bill was going to be through this company, I would not have leased at my apartment complex. It should be illegal for them to charge what they charge. If my bill goes any higher I will probably have to cancel my lease and move somewhere else that does not use NEP or move back home with my parents.

I didnt even cooked those 2 weeks and I work a 12 hours shift which means Im barely home. Hi *********** Thank you for allowing us to address your concerns. We value your experience as a resident of a Nationwide Energy Partners (NEP) partner community. Any implication that NEP intentionally bills residents at a rate that exceeds the host utilitys all-in residential rate for the same amount of usage is incorrect. Unlike the host electric company, which only bills for your units electricity usage, NEP provides a unified bill that covers multiple services at your communitys requestincluding electricity, water, and s... read more

Not sure why I just moved into my 715 sq foot apartment, and my bill is $258? Im not home all day. I requested an electrician come and view the meters, but have yet to hear a reply. So I will take matters into my own hands and get a paid electrician to come and report its findings along with my attorney. At this point, with all the negative compliant, how is this energy supplier even still relevant or in service? Ive never had this astronomical bill for a single person with PECO. How can I get **** back and drop this supplie... read more

Submetering companies are scams and need further regulated like public utility companies. I'm aware of a push in the Ohio legislature making such a reality, but just this past month of billing is showing the need for a stronger push. These companies raise consumers bills, sometimes more than 2x than a few years before- then blame the consumer for the higher cost by telling them to monitor their electricity usage despite no discernible change in usage. These ghouls try pry every ***** they can from people and have nobody to a... read more

This company practices are utterly wrong; I continue to get charge for electricity for an apartment I no longer live in. I received a "final bill" letter from them and continue to get charged for two (2) months so far - when I try to access my account it says that my email has no account associated with it.

Business response:

Hi ********,Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. We value your experience as a former resident of a Nationwide Energy Partners (NEP) partner community. We show that you vacated the unit on September 1, 2025. Your final bill, issued on September 9, 2025, included charges for your usage from August 4 through September 1, 2025.
