Not sure why I just moved into my 715 sq foot apartment, and my bill is $258? Im not home all day. I requested an electrician come and view the meters, but have yet to hear a reply. So I will take matters into my own hands and get a paid electrician to come and report its findings along with my attorney. At this point, with all the negative compliant, how is this energy supplier even still relevant or in service? Ive never had this astronomical bill for a single person with PECO. How can I get **** back and drop this supplie... read more

Submetering companies are scams and need further regulated like public utility companies. I'm aware of a push in the Ohio legislature making such a reality, but just this past month of billing is showing the need for a stronger push. These companies raise consumers bills, sometimes more than 2x than a few years before- then blame the consumer for the higher cost by telling them to monitor their electricity usage despite no discernible change in usage. These ghouls try pry every ***** they can from people and have nobody to a... read more

This company practices are utterly wrong; I continue to get charge for electricity for an apartment I no longer live in. I received a "final bill" letter from them and continue to get charged for two (2) months so far - when I try to access my account it says that my email has no account associated with it.

Business response:

Hi ********,Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. We value your experience as a former resident of a Nationwide Energy Partners (NEP) partner community. We show that you vacated the unit on September 1, 2025. Your final bill, issued on September 9, 2025, included charges for your usage from August 4 through September 1, 2025. You paid the balance on September 23, 2025, but the payment was reversedby your financial institutionon September 29, 2025.Although it may appear that youve been billed for y... read more

Utterly terrible, I would leave negative stars if I could for these crooks.

Business response:

Hi *******,Thank you for allowing us to address your concerns. We want to take a moment to address your review and clear up any misunderstandings. First, any implication that NEP overcharges by billing at a rate greater than the host utilitys all-in residential rate or is in any way a scam is factually incorrect. NEP never charges at a rate exceeding the local utilitys rate for the same usage. We are unable to locate an account matching the name and ZIP code provided. As a result, we are unable to provide specific insights for... read more

Would rate 0 stars if I could. It's an absolute shame that **** and this state allows this gang of utility pirates to exploit their ****************************** operates under deceptive, predatory, and unfair utility billing practices as well as violating the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act. NEP is not a public utility, yet it operates as oneproviding essential services (water, electricity, etc.) without oversight or customer protections. I believe their operations are a prime example of an unregulated utility acting aga... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I moved to a new town that uses nationwide energy partners and never ever have I had an electric bill this high. I work 6 days a week. Dont use lights because I use battery powered. Leave my thermostat between ***** and for 1 person Im charged almost $300 a month. For a 1 bedroom 1 bath under 600sq feet apartment. This company is a scam and I would never recommend.

I am very upset and confused and what a scam. I work 6 days a week and is gone 11 hours a day. I do not use electricity like that, because i am afraid of the continuous rip off that is happening. The world is sad and the way this company is pimping people out of there money, shame on you, and i could not as a person whom if i where the owner of this company I would not do this to people. Sometimes i feel like i am paying extra for those who skip out on paying there bills. Its very sad and I am over this wicked so called busi... read more
